Cute place. Unfortunately, they caffeinated my decaf, and gave me false information that I could add the receipt to my Starbucks app later, since my app said it needed to be updated when i got to the register.I even asked for a second confirmation that it was decaf when I picked up my order since she didn't call out decaf. Super bummed, caffeine is tough on me.

When Shelly is at the helm, this place works like clockwork. My order ahead is almost always on time and the store is run like a tight ship.Maybe it’s an app thing, or Starbucks trying to jam way too many orders through than physically possible, but almost every other time, I wait far longer than the estimated wait.

The store is going downhill. Major operational problems. 3 times now - Ordering a simple coffee with cream ON THE APP IN ADVANCE and it’s taking 15 to 18 minutes, at least 10 minutes beyond the time when it says the order is ready. The staff don’t seem to care, and the new coffee system is making it so unreliable that I’m going to avoid it from now on.
I love this Starbucks! I frequent here for work and at times for a quick break from life. This location has rockstar baristas!! Shelley and Rachel ROCK! Each person on their team is thoughtful to all who come in and the vibe is light and friendly! Highly recommended stop!Parking: Easy in and easy out in a bustling part of Charlotte!

This is the best Starbucks with the best people who work there and the best customers. You often find an entire table of regulars who are laughing and talking.Aiden always stands out as a shining star when I go in. Although I’m sure he has dealt with some rude customers, you would never know it. He is kind, a spectacular barista, and he always brightens my day when I drop by!
