They are out of oat milk like twice every week. They need to stock up more on oat milk instead of always making excuses about having a busy morning. You would think Starbucks could better predict their customer trends. Seems like they just guess and guess wrong.

Very inconsistent with drinks, when you pay $7 for a coffee you would like it to be made properly. I have mentioned multiple time to this store & yet things are still terrible. Will not give this location another visit. Basically drinking milk when the drink should have 4 shots in it.

I am a long time loyal Starbucks customer & this location just doesnt get it or do it!! The lady who responds to the drive through orders is always mad & sounds irritated when getting your order. They are usually very slow. some staff are friendly but most look mad & very short with customers. (This is based on multiple observations through the years). The one additional star is for location honestly:( management needs to really look at this place!

The most unfriendly staff at the drive through. One lady just throws your food and drink at you without a word. And another time the guy was talking bad about his coworkers, cussing and grabbed my drink and said this doesn't look right than handed it to me and said try it, it was fine. Just weird experience. I work in customer service and most of my experiences here are strange

Terrible! Frequent mistakes and long waits. Last visit I waited 30 min for two lattes which had no espresso in them! Who has ever heard of a mistake such as that! Go to Summit coffee shop right down the street, pleasant, fast, amazing coffee.
