They are a great location! However...today I waited 20 min for my mobile order...they let it sit for at least 5-6 min 1/2 finshed. Then, one of the staff members husband/boyfriend walks in and within 2 min he has his order. Hmmmmm!

Went to this location of Starbucks this morning and ordered a breakfast sandwich and latte. Literally 17 minutes later, I was still waiting. The two people making the coffee only made one at a time and couldn't have been in slower motion. In that 17 minute period, they only made about 12 drinks. After finally getting my drink, I asked about my sandwich and they said their oven was broken. Not sure why they let me pay for a sandwich. They asked if I wanted it uncooked or a refund. Really??? Never going back there again!

I had a great experience with the staff there, always extremely friendly. There is a worker there, Austin, and I appreciate the fact that she goes out of his way to ask me for my name so he can remember me for future visits. The coffee comes out fast and tastes as good as any other Starbucks. What pushed me to make this review specifically was the staff interaction. 5* any day.

Was asked to wait outside bc of no mask. I haven't had any issues anywhere else. Will not return here. I am a Starbucks person and no other Starbucks have had a problem

As a Starbucks goes, it is the usual. The parking was crowded, but we still found a spot near the front. There is no drive thru at this location.

Although located in the Stonecrest Harris Teeter, this Starbucks is much more than an after thought unlike many other such satellite locations. It offers a large, beautifully done dining/sipping area and quality is on par with its stand alone stores. Unfortunately it's still the same old harsh coffee that they are infamous for.
