I’ve been going to this place for a while as it’s in my neighborhood. Staff isn’t the warmest. My usual is an iced black tea lemonade. A different barista that I don’t usually see adds coffee to a black TEA lemonade. It’s a tea..why would anyone put coffee in a tea?

Stomach pain after drinking this caramel frappuccino, then severe diarrhea, I think the water or ingredients are unsanitary. This is the first time it happened due to Carmel frapp although I ever try other kinds of frapp but didn’t happen diarrhea.

First time here at this location. It is situated inside a Super Target that is surrounded by plenty of other shopping and tons of parking. This location closes at 8pm and we arrived at approx 7:23pm. Attempted to order a couple of Frappuccino drinks and was told by Nina that their blender was being cleaned and that type of drink was unavailable. I can certainly appreciate getting things done in a timely manner but don't shut the store down before you are actually closed. I certainly hope that the owner does not condone this practice because money is being lost with this practice. I planned on rating a "1" but gave a "2" because the "3" girls that were there behind the counter were nice.

Starbucks offers nice atmosphere. They have a vast selection of various coffees and sundries. I find the prices a bit inflated and the coffee, house blend, is an acquired taste. To me, it always tastes burned snd bitter. I think one cam definitely grt more bang for their buck simply by making s pot of coffee at home in your own kitchen, and it would probably taste a heck of alot better than wasting one's hard earned wages on over priced, subpar coffies and teas. In my opinion, it simply isn't worth it. The atmosphere however, is indeed trendy and pleasing.

I got myself a venti white mocha after I came home and picked my coffee to drink it felt lighter than normal so I opened the lid and found that I got half filled cup. I called the person in starbucks and she was very rude and said I put whipped cream on it and it was full when I gave you. I was not going for a refill anyway but now I will never go there. BTW whip cream is asked before adding at all starbucks. Poor customer service.

Fix your address on mapping systems.... Currently it is placed incorrectly off of Whitehall Park Drive on an empty residential lot......what I worry about is how many people from out of town went to get their Grande and ended up at an empty lot....lol.

This is may favorite location besides the Charlotte Plaza location! Drink is always perfect & the baristas are friendly!!! The location near CMC Steelecroft is closer but the majority of the time my drink tasted watered down, so thats why I started going to Target location!

Out of nearly everything. Then they got my order wrong.
This place is always slow compared to other starbucks and I really don't get it.
Always smiling, even during a rush they never fail to be friendly and courteous.
Can always count on them for a good cup of ☕.Good breakfast sandwiches too. Not too heavy like most other places.
