So slow and they only had one person working on a Sunday morning. I felt bad for the worker as she was trying her best but it took 20 mins for 1 coffee with only 3 people ahead of me.

This trip to Starbucks lifted my spirits because I was treated to the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Nancy put so much effort into making sure we were taken care of, this was such a good experience.

This place needs to be closed down, this is an embarrassment of Starbucks name, I have already reached out Starbucks and they will review and might revoke their license, unprofessionalism, rude and always out of everything, oh wait and wait times 30 minutes.

Terrible experience, when we arrived barista was on the phone no hi or paying attention to us. She stayed on the phone for 2 more minutes, and then said she already shut down system. At 5 :10 pm .

1. Cannot order ahead2. Cannot redeem stars here3. Nancy..The employee Nancy is such an unpleasant person to come into contact with while coming to this Starbucks. She has The most nastiest attitude towards customers and any questions that you ask her I actually canceled my order while trying to order with her today because she was being a b…. and was being extremely rude and walked away from me while I was in the middle of talking. She either needs to be retrained on how to be a better person at work or she needs to be let go because I will not be coming back to the Starbucks because of her this is the second time that this has happened with her.

Got to counter at 6:50 to get snack and coffee. They were supposed to be open until 7:00. The baristas said she had already shut down all the machines. Guess they really close at 6:30?
