We went in bc we got croissants for breakfast, and ordered our drinks. I got a vanilla latte, and my boyfriend got the hazelnut oatmilk drink, and when we got them ,mine was iced even though I wanted it hot. And his drink was literally milk with a few drops of coffee. We could not taste the hazelnut at all. It was about 15 dollars, and we ended up throwing them away. The workers seem to not care, just want to get your drink out and move on to the next person.

Staff is always nice and they try to move as fast as they can, my drinks are always good. Only complaint is I wish they would have more items in stock. I wonder if there’s a way for the manager to order more pastries because they’re always out ),:

Stephanie was the best batista ever!!! We were just stopping in to eat lunch we had grabbed from teeter and she welcomed us with open arms, even made some special little drinks for my kids! Best experience ever, thanks

Starbucks in this Harris Teeter is slightly hidden! Once inside make a hard right and keep going past the flowers and balloons. It's a cozy little corner with tables and is like being in a submarine. Yes there can be a line but staff work hard to crank out the drinks and they seem to have breakfast sandwiches in stock more than the standalone one across the way.

Note: Starting today the Starbucks will be remodeling finished by the end of the week. Note: they will have nitro cold brew and more foods available. Plus their will be more pastries and sandwiches to be warmed up in their new oven. Prices will go up more then usual just heads up. Wi-Fi doesn’t no work good and limited seating
If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I would. I work in customer service too so I know what it’s like to be on the other side of the counter and this is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. There is an older lady that works here, I didn’t catch her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag but first of all let me just start by saying she clearly is MISERABLE at work, it just shows from the second you walk up to her. Second, when I ordered my drink I was trying out a different combination and when I told her what it was she straight up said “EW” like what?!? I was honestly baffled by that reaction because not once did I ask her for her opinion on the drink that I AM going to drink. I’ve also seen her not help other employees out when they have a line of 6-7 people at once, she just stands there doing nothing or she leaves them on their own to figure it out. That’s a lot of pressure on other people and I guarantee they won’t last there working with her. I’m not really one to leave bad reviews but I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this same Starbucks that I just completely avoid it at this point. I would rather drive to a different one even though this one is closer to me. I hope corporate sees this review and makes a change because the behavior from that individual at this Starbucks is disgusting .

Bought a nicr bottle for hot beverages but they wont serve my drink in it, they used their regular plastic ones, which i find absurd, if i have my own starbucks bottle, why dont they allow me to pour thw drink directly to the bottle. Doesnt make sense to offer a bottle tgat later i cannot use in the same store
