I got the cookie crumble mocha Frappuccino and Caramel cookie Frappuccino. Caramel one was made alittle better then the mocha one but overall both were OK. I've had better drinks from Starbucks so rating reflects the product.

thank you so much to the guy with the ponytail! i ordered my drink with pumpkin cold foam, and he put PLENTY on my drink! makes me feel a lot better about spending that extra 1.25 for cold foam!
This Starbucks never misses! I get a drink almost every morning and it’s always out quickly and tastes great! The baristas are amazing to say the least and go above and beyond to be friendly and helpful every day! Even today a barista went out of his way to help me ask the security guard to use the restroom and made great conversation the whole time! Visiting this Starbucks really makes my day better before or after work! :)

Love this location! Quietly tucked away in the beautiful Grand Bohemian hotel, it is a full service Starbucks location with a steady, friendly, efficient staff.

Another city Starbucks, this one is actually bigger than some of the others you can find in Charlotte. But still it's a city with its vibe, dust, etc. All of the usual selection goods are here. The restroom is locked, you get a key to the center restroom if you buy something,

I went there yesterday evening. Cleanest location uptown. Very friendly staff. Young man w/ a little shorter than shoulder length hair was extremely helpful when I brought my niece in for a treat. Also, I didn't realize I came in shortly before closing and although he let us know, he didn't rush us out. Great customer service there!
