I would say at this point in time I’m a regular at Starbucks. I always get the iced shaken espresso w Oatmilk so I can typically tell when it’s made well. For some reason this location always messes it up. I went down the street one time to test this theory and it came out perfect. If I had more time to walk there I would not come here but convenience is king. I don’t know much about coffee but can someone explain why they always look like this from this location. If you could also find the oak milk in the second pic please let me know!

Online ordering only. Order was supposed to be ready at 7:50. I arrived at 7:50, and there were about 30 people waiting. The board listed my order as ready. When I asked for my order she handed me the bagel, so I asked if the coffee by it was mine. I was not so nicely told that she had already said the drinks were backed up(hard to know since I arrived after that announcement and the board said ready). When I asked for a time it would be ready she could not provide one. I had to leave without my coffee. I will not order from this store again as last time my order was delayed so it seems to be a trend that is getting worse.

Did my mobile order early, app said would be ready at 9:01 got there at 9 they was busy but said food would be right out my drink was ready, after 10mins asked again was told again would be right out, after 25mins ask was it even pulled yet l, she checked said no sir, said I’ll have to cancel food cause only had 30min break which was over now, took another 10mins to credit my food and that was it no sry, could have let me know when I first came in it was going to be 30+ mins then I could have went somewhere else and got something to eat now I’m out of time and nothing to eat…

Super convenient to be able to make your order in the app and just pick it up. It’s the first time I’ve heard of this concept by Starbucks and it’s great! I hope to see these in more places. It literally took like 2 mins to get my drink and I placed my order in the store.

This location is consistently great! Their staff is so friendly. This morning they were clearly slammed with deliveries (5/18/23) but they were so professional. The lady at the front (Maddie) was keeping everything rolling. She had so much going on but came across as patient, friendly, and attentive!

Wanted to share a specific review. I work in the building so I come here quite often. The team is ALWAYS so friendly and accommodating. They’re hardworking and really go out of their way to their customers every morning.This morning in particular there were major issues with the Starbucks app, and given this is a mobile order only location, this caused a headache. They were so on top of correcting this issue, overly apologetic (it’s not their fault), and did everything they could to rectify the issue and make their customers day right. I was very impressed with their response and professionalism. Hands down the best team I’ve seen in a long time.
Fantastic little pick up only spot to grab your favorite goodies from Starbucks. Spotted this Luke Lamp Co light in here too. In love with these work of arts!

I just wanted to commend Emily, Kev and Faith on their customer service. I did not even have to visit the store to receive wonderful hospitality from these employees. They left cute little notes all over the delivery bag and brightened my day. I am a manager over 3 different bars and a concert venue and I live, breathe and preach hospitality and they delivered. Great job guys! These three are keepers. Keep up the great work and continue to give your guests that positive guest experience!
