Hardworking employees despite being short-staffed. They frequently deal with Karens and a lot of picky people with patience that I don’t have. Anyone reading this, we’re still in a pandemic and please don’t make their jobs harder than it has to. That’s why people across the country don’t want to work in customer service anymore.
Ordered online and it prints out a slip with instructions of what I want on the sandwich. All the dude had to do was read it and follow it. He toasted it when I didn't want it toasted, then put ranch sauce when I left that off. So he had to remake it. I gave him back the slip and he still left items off so I had to take it back and have him fix it again. Don't come here. 2 stars because it is very clean.

Personally it's not that bad, I've always been able to get in and out fairly quickly and the food is usually pretty good, my experience. The employees are all mexican, which whatever don't care except sometimes communication can be a bit challenging and sometimes they do seem to be kinda offput, not sure what that's about.
