I was a traveling trainer for most of western North Carolina for almost a year. So when I say that this is the worst subway I've ever seen, that carries weight!!I have eaten here twice and never again. Everytime I'm in the building, there's about 4-6 employees just standing around at all times. (Or utilizing the ever-moving-sauce bottle but doing nothing.) From using the wrong settings on the oven for the veggie patty, wilted spinach, and underproofed bread. Those two sandwiches were the worst sandwiches I've ever had! It also somehow took 24 minutes from grabbing the bread to finishing the sandwich (not including wrapping or handoff time which was sad in it's own right).I am not normally one to complain. But a manager needs to get in there and fix this disaster zone.

Getting orders wrong all the time. Makes you wait for about 20 minutes when you order a sandwich. There were'nt too many people when I ordered food, but took them forever to make the sandwich. Than after all that, they gave me the wrong sandwich.

Disgusting will never be back. He didn't even know the basic ingredients that go in a sub. Observed one guy go check someone out, clean up and then come back to make more subs all while never changing gloves. Gross. They should be shut down.

This location is just sad to walk into. The staff is so unhappy. Might explain why the open sign is never on. Occasionally the door will be locked during business hours. Mobile ordering is useless. This location took a hit during the pandemic I guess cause it's been pretty reliable for ten years. Now it's an absolute disaster and I'll just skip it and go to Harris teeter or Jimmy John's for a quick sub.

okay sandwich, horrible management. People having problems ordering certain items on the menu, when they approach the manager after waiting for 30+ minutes she rudely tells them to order something else. I understand the busyness with the new school year, but a team can only be as good as the manager, and with the attitude she had they are set up for failure.

Management is so rude, major Karen i was berated for just trying to understand the new ordering system. So annoying that you have to order on the app, my experience here was made even worse by the fact that the app stops accepting orders 45-30 minutes before they close when the staff is clearly not busy.

Really no point in doing mobile ordering. Ordered my sandwich 20 mins before I arrived & it hadn't even been started on when I got here. Currently still waiting.

The little girl that works here is very rude and disrespectful . She needs to be fired every time I come to this subway she has an attitude. Today I went in to get a sub made and I ask her is some the lettuce brown as she added it to my sub and she removed a piece of it by when I got home I noticed as I could see up close when biting into it all the lettuce was wiltered up and old so I called and spoke with a gentleman who was very friendly and professional who showed his empathy to the situation and told me I could come in and get it remade so I did when I got there I explained that I called and spoke with someone about getting my sandwich remade and she immediately got an attitude and asked if I had a receipt I said no it's at home but I can show you on my bank statement in my app we're I paid for she was the one who made my sandwich I know she remembered me . The other gentleman that was working there stated I'm assuming the manager told him that I'd be coming in and she said no I'll give her a refund that's not what I asked for I want my sandwich remade properly as I asked and was told she refused . I will be calling to speak with josh the manager she brings the whole store down in my opinion .
