It’s a decent coffee place with good food and pastries but the service can be lacking. They really struggle during rush hours. I’ve seen people leave the line because of how slow they operate during rush

Went in on a Friday morning and the woman behind the counter was rude while taking our order. Then it took about 20 minutes to receive a breakfast sandwhich that was well below average quality. I would not go back here.

The service here is EXTREMELY POOR with VERY INCONSIDERATE employees! They do not deserve any stars AT ALL and they also need a complete overhaul of ALL of the staff members including the Manager. Waited 30 minutes to get my order, then the order was wrong and when I notified the employee that I've been waiting for a long period of time and that the sandwich was wrong she was very rude and very disrespectful. Subsequently I received my order after ANOTHER 20 minutes and the order was arranged very sloppily and also the ingredients mashed together as if done purposely by those irresponsible employees, to signal their discontent with having to serve me. DO NOT go to this restaurant and patronize this establishment. IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!

A few friends visited this location over the weekend we placed an order and 5 people behind us were served after i already placed my order, we sat down and patiently waited for my order to be remade.20 minutes later I went back up to the counter and asked about the order.She said that I never asked them to remake it and she was so damn rude and nasty to me. I really had to practice composure. It was the nasty attitude that really pissed me off and the fact that I waited extra long the first time, the order was wrong, and after waiting for them to remake it they never did. I waited for another 20 minutes for them to finally remake my order, and when I got it it was of poor quality. It seems like someone purposely crunched up the bacon in pieces.That was so unnecessary. I was very upset with the service and behavior of the staff.

If I could leave 0 stars I would because there’s no excuse for the targeted and intentional lack of service I was given. I placed a simple order and noticed 5 people who ordered after me got their orders first. No biggie. I finally got my food and noticed my order was wrong and normally I would just deal with it but I have a food allergy that prevented that this time. But ok, accidents happen. I went back to the counter and asked for it to be remade. After waiting another 20 mins I went to check on it and with a scathing, rude and frustrated attitude I was basically scolded and told I never asked them to remake anything. At this point I had to hold back showing my own discontent because I was never impolite, my order was small and simple, and the mistakes were at MY expense, not theirs. Anyway after ANOTHER 20 mins I finally get my stupid bacon and egg sandwich with NO cheese and it appeared slapped together. Literally. Like someone angrily smashed it or sat on it. Bacon crunched up everywhere. That was the last straw. I will NEVER be back and it would warm my heart if this helped anyone else reconsider doing ANY business here.

This place have some workers with very bad attitudes. Some things are not caused for. My daughter was treated very poorly by one of the employees and it was totally unacceptable. Your employers must do better. If they don't know how to treat the customers right, they shouldn't be in customer service. Maybe HR needs to do a retraining on how to treat people. Do BETTER!!!!

A close family member was treated unfairly and the staff member was very rude to her . After her order was done incorrectly she nicely asked could they correct her order and after a long wait the order was still not acceptable. The bacon was crushed like it was purposely done and the staff member still was very rude. This is unacceptable to anyone . Do not eat here unless you want rude service!!!

A close family member of mine had the WORST experience here. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! The cashier was very rude and nasty to her and also 5 other parties who came AFTER her received their to go orders before her. SAVE YOUR MONEY EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Placed order online as was looking for something specific and drove from south carolina to pick it up only to know that they dont have what I ordered and they replaced the item without consent with a rude/arrogant employee. They say that online orders are via a third party called chownow, so they cant even refund for the original item that was paid for. Not coming back to this location.WORST SUNFLOUR BAKERY IN THE AREA.
