$10+ for avocado toast with 1/2 of an avocado, cut up and on top of a bed of arugula on a dry piece of sourdough and took 45 minutes. Bad experience

I was having a rough day and the cashier last Saturday treated me with such kindness and patience!! Like who wants to be sobbing while ordering breakfast? No one haha so being treated so well made me feel seen and normal. The food was also really good - everyone at our table was raving about the cheddar biscuit!!Will def return!

If you are considering a custom cake, this is your place! Absolute life savers! They made my wife's birthday the toast of the town with a customized birthday cake. Not only was it decorated to perfection with creativity, it was moist and delicious. Most of all, it was affordable! Other places I got quotes for 3-4 times the price for the same cake! I'd recommend this bakery for all occasions big and small!

I had a BLT for lunch and this was the worst BLT sandwich I've ever had. If I didn't have to attend a meeting I would have taken it back. The sandwich didn't even have a taste to it really.

Ordered a number 4 and everything was a bit bland and the food doesn’t taste very fresh. Most of the workers were nice with the exception of a few rude comments from one.

We all enjoyed our food (blueberry muffin) and drinks (dark roast coffee and cappuccino). However the barista walked away in the middle of making the cappuccino, so five minutes later I had to go inquire after the drink. The cashier stepped in and made it for me.

Food was delicious, and lavender latte was perfect. Only one person working front, which was fine. No problem waiting and she was very polite. Cafe was dirty though, tables, floor etc. Definitely made me not sit and stay even though there was plenty of spots to sit.

Love this place. Both locations are consistent with quality, and customer service. The coffee is always amazing and the food is FRESH. This is always a go to

Extremely, extremely slow. Waited 30 mins for a single breakfast sandwich as the only customer in the store and 3 employees visibly just standing around. Unfortunately, the food and location are great, otherwise it would be easy to not return. Go for something in pastry case if visiting.

Nice little shop. Unfortunately there is a disconnect between running a smooth bakery/cafe and the staff employed. We ordered two sandwiches and a coffee (Sat 12/9, 1pm), and while the coffee was provided quickly, we waited over 20 mins for the sandwiches and every other person in the store was waiting as well. Only after I went to the cashier to ask for a status after providing very little response without a smile did she go back and about 3-4 orders were brought out between herself and 2-3 back kitchen staff. When the food arrived, it was tasty, though the bread was overly toasted/hard. Unfortunately we've had a similar experience at the Ballantyne location, and while I like the Midtown one, I can no longer go to Sunflower with my wife. We've been burned with a bad experience one too many times. Please coach staff to be more engaged, turn around food in a timely manner, and really focus on the customer experience. This is what hurt our visit more than anything.

After more than 40 minutes to get a single sandwich and being told it was being worked on, they finally told me they had lost my ticket and asked if I wanted a refund. 40 minutes for a 10 dollar sandwich is pretty ridiculous, and I consider 40 minutes of my time to be worth more than that. Disappointing.

Its sad to see this locations assortment declining each week. I go early Saturday morning and for the past three weeks or so they don't have their signature products available. Bring back the cheddar biscuits to this location please! The morning glory muffin would be nice to see as well.

I have loved sunflower for years but every time I go to the Dilworth location it is a cluster. The workers can’t keep orders straight and I am always told 15 mins and it turns out to be 45. Please just tell me 45 if that is the reality. They lose orders and none of the staff seems to be trained or on the same page.
