We had a fantastic server told us what was going on. Felt for us for waiting for all the confusion. Best service in a long time! Pre covid times it felt like for a bit. I sure do miss those times. Covid has changed life drastically. But this restraunt makes you forget it's going on! So thanks for letting us just have a lovely night out!

Excellent chips and salsa and drinks. Terrible service, cold food and way over cooked. Steak fajitas are pricey and were cooked well past Well done. Should not have been served. Waited over an hour for food and it wasn’t very busy. Must have cooked the steak for about an hour. No ability to make reservations even for large groups. Disappointed. Would have sent at least 3/6 meals back if hadn’t already waited so long for food. Waitress never asked how everything was for us to give our feedback.

We have been here so many times and have loved our experiences. Tonight we got the fajitas and as always, they were amazing. Our server Jack was wonderful. He was friendly, helpful, punctual and went above and beyond to make our dining experience an amazing one. It was his first day and you wouldn’t even know it! We will be back!

I was skeptical when my brother told me that these were the best enchiladas he’s ever eaten, but now I’m a believer. The salsa, queso, and all the food is to die for. The place was slammed, but we were seated and served quickly for a Saturday night. Will go again for sure!

What an awesome birthday I had celebrating at the Superica on W. Worthington tonight! There is so much energy going on at the Southend location! We had been several times to the one on Providence Rd, but will continue to come to the Worthington location. Scott the general manager is super!! The variety of food offered is so much better than Paco Taco and the margaritas are super. Give it a try and I think you'll be glad you did.
For a half empty restaurant in south end, some of the staff seems to think they are much better than they are. We tried to order an appetizer while sitting on the sofa after having bought $60 worth of mixed drinks. We didn’t think it was an odd request considering the people on the other half of the sofa had food and the people who left our seats did too. We were told no. No reason, just no. We asked several people and finally someone said ok to then “scold” us for not listening to their coworkers who had told us no. I’m guessing I found the reason they were half empty when everywhere else was busy. Being uppity is off putting. Being uppity while losing money for your owners is off putting and stupid. Get rid of your hostesses before they run you out of business. FWIW, the queso was good.

We sat for about 10 minutes before someone said say hello. Took a very long time between orders of drinks, apps, and meals, and we ended up spending two hours there because the food took so long and the server would go away and just not come back. Great place if the service was better. Forgot to take a photo during the day, so here’s one at night.

Went on a Saturday morning, didn’t have a wait but you could tell they were a little short on staff due to how slow things were moving; regardless the food was amazing and worth the wait. Our server Noemi was awesome and made sure we felt taken care of throughout. She asked about dietary restrictions and provided us great recommendations. Half of our group got Brunch items and the others ordered off the main menu, both sides enjoyed everything, excited to go back and happy to recommend this location.

We were there with our party of 8 yesterday. Waitress had a bad attitude right from the start. I took home my leftovers and found a half of a toothpick in my food. (Nothing had been secured with a toothpick)
