We came in for lunch during a weekday, which is $18.99 for the All You Can Eat menu. We're regulars at Mr. Tokyo in Pineville, which has a similar AYCE lunch deal (just a few dollars cheaper). Compared to Mr. Tokyo, we felt that Sushi Hana's variety and quality were comparable, and the environment is better - less busy and more space between groups. You mark off what you want on the paper menu. I recommend you order conservatively since you can always order more, but if you leave food uneaten, you'll get charged. Between the 2 of us, we had the crab rangoon, seaweed salad, and 4 chef's special rolls: deep bull, spicy girl, charlotte, and black pepper tuna. They were all well made and came out pretty quickly. The stand-out roll for us was the black pepper tuna - highly recommend this one! For non-sushi eaters, there are other options on the AYCE menu including soups, noodles, and katsu. So you can come with a variety of people and all be satisfied! Staff were attentive and offered to fill waters, asked if we wanted to order more, etc. We got metered street parking out front, but found out that they actually validate parking in the garage around the corner (check out my pic of the map for the garage location).

Came for lunch - the best deal! $19 for all you can eat sushi. The sushi was delicious, and there were lots of options. Highly recommend. Only con was that there was a lot of people so get here on the early side and be prepared to wait a bit for the food. Service was amazing too!

Rating this a 3/5. I've heard good thing for a good while so I had high expectations. The service was very mediocre, but it was incredibly busy when I went, around 6:30pm. However, the servers when they did come by were very nice. Food overall was just ok. One of the rolls didnt have the seaweed totally cut which resulted in me trying to cut it myself and the rolls coming apart. This only happened with one roll though. Other four were good. Overall, Id probably go back, but at a slower time of day.

We went at 5:45 on a Saturday and the wait time was an hour and a half. The inside was nice with slightly dim lighting. The service was very nice and friendly, pretty quick with bringing to food out as well. The food, however, was disappointing. The nigiri was PACKED with rice - very tightly packed - and the rice was AWFUL! It tasted like old rice. And they only put a thin slice of fish on top, so the taste of rice overpowered it all. The only thing I liked about this place is that there was no limit on the fish appetizers like the jalapeño yellowtail, salmon lover, or tuna tataki. We tried the black pepper tuna roll which was ok and the sexy salmon roll that was very good, couldn't eat much more because started getting so sleepy! Also, my stomach started hurting a lot and I developed diarrhea in the middle of the night and believe it was because of the sushi. Overall would not come here again, there are much better AYCE sushi restaurants in CLT.

Great experience, delicious, and fresh. We went for AYCE sushi. They didn’t put huge amount of rice like other places do in the area which was great! Service was great as well. Definitely looking forward to going back! This place beats out Mr Tokyo for us. Because of not putting huge amounts of rice and also this restaurant is clean comparably. Definitely check them out!
