Either they have a good manager or they are self managing. Amazing friendly service. Everything was very clean and the people who work there were very attentive and kind.Was having a craving for cranberry and the bartender made me the best cocktail I’ve had in a while. Great little place. My first time here. Loved their Tropical Cider, and my salad was good. Located at the far end of E terminal, so not easy to get to for a quick layover. Fast service. Clean restaurant.

Good place to get vegan food. They have the beyond or impossible (can't remember which one) and they also have vegan cheese. I got a pizza. I asked for light cheese (I totally understand this is subjective) and it seemed like they added extra. But overall it was good. You do order and pay on your phone.

Great spot to eat and drink in between flights! Good selection of local brews and cider on draft as well as regular selection and local in cans. Reasonably priced for airport too! Pizza was wonderful, pictured is the Meat Pizza. 8 slice pizza for $omfortably fed 2 adults. The service was great with good 90s-early 2000s music in the background.

Ordered the Farro Salad (comes with Parm and Dairy in the Lemon dressing), and everything tasted horrendous. Lettuce was brown, dried tomatoes had white on them, farro was dry and cold, sweet potato was sickly orange and excessively soft, and there was no replacement dressing. Would not recommend ordering the salad.

Stopped here for a long layover and it will officially become my spot for my usual CLT layover. Jasmine was amazing. Attentive and warm—she made it such a pleasant experience. The bartender was also excellent. Got the impossible burger and the way they dressed it was so dang good. Great spot.

Unfortunately one of the waitresses isn't having a good day. I ordered my beer through the QR code and after 10 minutes my beer was still getting warm on the bar next to a "TO GO" sign. So I thought probably the way it works is picking up your order, I approached the bar and saw the ticket under the beer to be sure it was my beer. It was my beer but the waitress didn't like my presence and said in the least nice way possible "Hey Sir don't do that and go back to your seat". And she removed the sign "TO GO" that possibly created the confusion. So you must wait 10 min, get the beer warm and receive orders with bad manners from the waitress that never brought me the beer. I was really excited to have a Sycamore on CLT because I travel all the weeks and i like sycamore... Not anymore.

If you want a quiet place with quality and healthy choices of food this is THE place in the Charlotte Airport. Every other place we tried was really loud and crowded. I had an excellent salmon dish. I will definitely return when I'm in the airport.
