Went to this Taco Bell location on 3/17 and it took so long to get my mobile order. I understand that it was busy but there needs to be someone at the register to help customers. Also, my food was cold. They gave me stale, broken chips for my machos and no fork. My worst experience at Taco Bell.

Hey Taco Bell, when you say you’re open at 8am. Be open at 8 am. I walked to the door to order inside and the lady working there said the dining room doesn’t open until 9am. Well your sign outside and online says you are open at 8 am. I am writing this at 8:51am while I wait outside because I had to order DoorDash pick up. A good business practice is to be open when you say you’re open.

Honestly every time I come to the loso taco bell it's always a pleasure! The people are always super friendly and today the to ladies there took the time to split my our order by toppings so we didn't get them mixed up! Love it!

SOAP. I just went through the drive thru not even 10 minutes ago for tacos and a slushy or what i thought was a slushy. My slushy literally melted in two minutes because it was soap and soapy. Im glad to know they clean their machines but I'm pregnant and just got a nice gulp of soap ? . Really unfortunate this was what it looked like after just 1 sip and realizing it has all gone away because it was just soap and a little bit of the baja blast
