I ordered the 13 meal and then , wanted a bean burrito added to my order . Then, the girl only gave me an order 13 without my hard shell taco that came with my meal. She could not follow simple instructions

Pleaseeeeee train the quesadilla makers the difference between southwest sauce and creamy jalepeno sauce. Multiple Taco Bell’s have done this to me and it’s a sad day every time because the creamy jalepeno is the best !!!

This was the SPOT in the 90s and despite looking great from the outside this has the be the SLOWEST 'fast' food place ever...which sucks even more when the food you finally receive is cold right out of the window. Don't waste your time or money!!

This Location is an absolute joke and disgrace to any other location ever since they got a new manager it has been downhill absolutely ridiculous the food is inedible. First of all burritos toppings are usually layered on top of each other I get it they are a fast food chain but to not even cover the burrito in equal amounts of toppings or completely over due the beans. Also asking to remove something off of a menu item and still receiving the item the way it’s made speaks volumes to the competency of the staff working here.

in drivethru, their system ‘went down’ in the two seconds between the person ahead of me ordering and me pulling up… had to wait about 10 mins for them to get their food (small order) while stuck behind with no way out… for no food…
Service is horrible, the inside is literally disgusting. One was on facetime looking clueless as people waited 40+ minutes for their food. I’m scared to even know when the last time this place was cleaned.

I came there on 12/08/2023 an purchased a taco supreme a mexican pizza combo an it’s wasn’t correct when I checked it when I arrrived at work that day. I immediately called back and spoke with the manager, and she told me to bring it back and they will redo my order. I came back a week later when I was on that side of town to get my order replaced an I spoke with two unprofessional young ladies that refused to replace my order at this location. I recorded the whole conversation an I have pictures of my food. I have contacted the BBB a the Attorney General Office about my complaint a concerns. Please customer don’t visit this location at all‼️

Absolutely horrid experience last night, and honestly the cherry on top for me. I got to the drive-thru window, and the teller took my cash, only to come back with a dollar in quarters that was supposed to be $2.88, all while cheerfully letting me know that they don't have anything else and that no one set her up with a change drawer.The hand-off of the food was also pretty bad. My order was supposed to be $17 worth of food, and the girl at the window handed me 2 hard tacos & had to be reminded of the drink. I was furious. While they did remake my order, the damage was already done, and it didn't help that I got looks & laughs from the window while the staff last night obviously didn't care about what they were doing.I get it, late nights suck, and more often than not this franchise spot shorts me an item or two and I shrug it off because I don't want to add extra stress, but last night's interactions are it for me. No way in hell should anyone visit this spot till they clean their act up. Definitely going to be looking elsewhere from now on, which also sucks because I'm a regular. It'd just be nice if the people here cared a bit more about what their job was.

Worst drive thru in town. Two times my order was made wrong, every! Time the drive thru clerk was short and rude. Took 10 min to get my order with only one other car in line.
