I placed an order on GrubHub and when I got to the location 30 minutes after I placed my order (Mind you this is at nine in the morning and the entire restaurant is empty and there are no orders ahead of me) The lady working there told me that Grubhub is a separate company, and that she hadn’t received an order for pick up. I showed her on the app that I had ordered it 30 minutes ago, and she said to give it a minute so that it can refresh. She went back to her computer system, and there was my order already placed… She wanted to blame the system, but it was really her not checking the orders.

Taco Bell customer service is terrible and ordering kiosks are a joke. Fewer employees but prices are still sky high.
good taco bell and all the items we ordered were available . The food was prepared quickly and our order was complete. the staff was very friendly and hospitable.

They always forget part of my order, every time I come here they always forget to give me a chalupa or burrito I ordered, one time I asked the girl at the window if that was everything and she gave me a look, but the proceeds to forget 2 of my tacos, like what??

When approaching the drive-through, I was surprised to see there was no one in line.... I understand why now. Guess they didn't think I would notice the kids quesadillas. ordered around 930 on Sunday 10/15/23 (for management purposes)

Stay away from this one. The food is bad, they assembly it so poorly, burritos are flat not round, they skimp on everything. You get a maybe enough nacho cheese for like 5 chips, the saucer is not even half filled. If you order on the app they seem to mess that up and get super confused. Tough to go back there unless I was getting a deal or something for free. Not worth money, you don't get much and they couldn't careless, well unless they were a customer and it was happening to them I guess. Than it would matter.

STOOD THERE DAMN NEAR AN HOUR WAITING FOR MY FOOD!!! THE DRIVE THROUGH ORDERS WERE BEING DONE & THE DINING ROOM CUSTOMERS FORGOTTEN!!! A SENIOR MANAGER NEEDS TO BE ON SITE AT ALL TIMES SO A SYSTEM IS IN PLACE TO MAKE SURE ALL THE CUSTOMERS ARE SERVICED NOT JUST ONE AREA!!!
