Customer service wasn't bad at least but just not good. Food was still good though chicken tastes not quite right its probably some by product. Overall not bad I will say the quesadillas were very flat and also barely had any or cheese it felt as though I ordered just tortilla but $8 is kind of expensive for a very basic and toasted tortilla.

For the love of god, please train this store how to make a quesadilla. I stop here at least once a week andEither they forget the spicy jalapeño sauce , drown it in sauce where it’s messy to eat, or adds southwest sauce instead. I’ve ordered a few times to remind them to put the sauce and then they overload thinking I’m being smart. A dry Taco Bell quesadilla is the last thing I need after a long nights work

Went here for the first time last week and received about 3 pieces of lettuce & cheese on my tacos. I ordered doordash this evening and when it arrived it was no shock to me that it came from this location again. My nacho fries were half full along with the cheese sauce cup. Additionally, my quesadilla only had sauce on 2 bites of the entire thing. Overall I would rather starve than ever order food from this location again.

The girl at the drive thru window was so disinterested in what she was doing. She could have cared less about me being a customer even though I was very pleasant to her. I had to come back around because half of a shell was missing on my taco. Same attitude. Hope she has better days because if she goes thru life like that, it's just going to get harder.

Gross. Drive thru doesn’t take your order till the person in front gets their food. Food isn’t hot. Scary and disgusting. I think this may be my last time for “fast food”. No work ethic anymore.

Service was slow.The fountain drinks taste like carbonation was too much.No salt and tables were dirty.
I just placed a drive thru order, when I got there “15 minutes later”, I then sat there and waited 5 minutes before anyone came to the mic, they then told me to come inside for my order as it was “not ready”, I went inside to see the guy at the front was soo high he could hardly open his eyes, he then walked away and called someone us up, as that young man walked to the counter with my food he said my name extremely slow hardly opened his eyes either, then reached out to hand me my food like a sloth, this is not a group of people who need to be running or working any kind of business i am pissed, as well my food wasn’t even prepared correctly and everything is smashed, never going back no wonder they are never busy.

Sadly to say that it always seems like drive thru customers are the VIP for TB. If you decide to dine in your in for the long run, today for me was too much, when I arrived there were only 2 cars in the line. I go in make my order and waited. After 25 min I was told rudely that they were short of staff and that I had to wait because they are serving drive thru first. Then two people that came after me and also ordered at the kiosk received there food also. I asked them what’s going on with my order and was being ignored. Told them I wanted a refund and still they ignored me. Place is a mess and no management leadership shown.
