I wish I could give this place 6 stars! The food was incredible, and the portions were generous. Great value. The hand made shrimp and pork egg rolls are not to be missed. Friendly and helpful staff as well.

Love y’all to death but quality went way down! What in the world happened to the sea salt coffee? It does not look the same.

Atmosphere:The place itself is very nice, but from the multiple times given it a chance I’ve been disappointed. There was one occasion where I asked if they could sweeten the drink, the person that took my drink rolled their eyes and I saw them mumble something. There was another time I was waiting in line and it was very busy, I saw who i think be were the owners yelling at each other very loudly in front of everyone. I know everyone including the workers felt very uncomfortable in the moment.Service:Other than the occasion with one of the workers, the staff overall is very friendly. They welcome me when I walk in and they never rushed me when I am deciding what I want to get. There is was this one incident I was wanted to try a mochi hot dog, but I was very confused with the many choices, the worker was kind enough to explain all of it. She was very nice and detailed about it.Food/Prices:I felt the food was decent but not at the prices. They have 2 prices a card and cash which is ridiculous in my opinion, why couldn’t there just be 1 price for all the foods. It is also ridiculous that they are selling 3 egg rolls for for $8. I have also noticed that the quality of their food has gone down, especially the mochi donuts. They are claiming that it is made fresh but it seems like the donuts have been sitting out because of how soggy they are when i receive them.

Delicious pho and fruit teas. Stopped in for lunch yesterday and was surprised that my meal quickly became one of the best pho’s I’ve ever had.Large portion, lots of noodles and lots of flavor to the dish. I ordered the pho ga or chicken pho and paired it with a delicious dragon fruit tea.Customer service was top tier. Crystal is amazing and really takes pride in her business. The inside is clean and there’s plenty of space to hang out.

A-MAZ-ING!!! The service was so awesome! The food! So good! I'm surprised this place isn't packed full. 10/10Edit Update: the food is still A-MAZ-ING. I got the pork chop last night and it was flavorful and I swear the owner/associates are ALWAYS friendly. I love this place.

The owners are super sweet, and every time we go in, the owner always comes to greet us. I had their spicy noodles last Friday, and for you to know it's good, you MUST try the broth before adding anything to know.I tried the broth right when it came out, and omg, that broth was amazing. We also had kapia, and that was also good.Their avocado ? dessert was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS ? I'd highly recommend that.Family own restaurant and I would highly recommend everyone to support their local, not because they are local, but because they are good at what they do, everything was a wonderful experience each time we go in.Avoid Sundays as it will be super busy between 11am-3pm

Food was okay, I will have to try something else besides the short ribs with rice. There was hardly any meat and not the type of ribs cut that I was expecting. The Passion fruit drink was pretty good but loaded with fruits. I may add my meal was almost $50, maybe is the area or the location.

Food is okay but not that impressed with service. I often come to support Vietnamese local business. Today, I came and order drink and donuts. The people ordered ahead got their red envelope even they just ordered a drink. When it was my turn, she didn’t give me anything. While waiting, she was giving out to everyone that waiting for order but skipping us again. I know there isn’t much inside the red envelope but I felt unfair and don’t get treat right.

The food feels FRESH. Bahn Mi? More like bang me if you get me one of these sandwiches.Owners are also really nice and will talk to you. Probably my 6th time I’ve come by now and it’s consistently great.

Came by today and tried the Korean short ribs, pork chop combo, 1 cheese dog, popcorn chicken and fries for my kids and 2 of their donuts. Total came to right under $70 but it was good.
