The only place in Charlotte where you can get two entrees for $23 and it's great Thai food! This tiny, take out only, family business will quickly become your weekly go-to option when you don't feel like cooking or want to relax after a long weekend. Don't be surprised if the phone rings and rings before it's answered, it's a popular place. Finally, they don't offer dine-in and you have to pick it up yourself. They make great takeout Thai at a reasonable price. Go somewhere else if you're looking for something other than that!

Very disappointing: it's take-out only & I understand that, so cannot really ding them on atmosphere & the older lady who took my order was very nice, but the food just wasn't very good: I ordered vegetable spring rolls & wide noodles with beef. The rolls were fine if a little too oily (fried on too low heat), but the entree was the big disappointment: overly sweet, w/very little flavor otherwise--noodles & beef & broccoli in a brown sauce which was messy, greasy, gloppy, and not very flavorful. The beef also looked & tasted like leather.

Fast, affordable, friendly. No real frills if you sit and wait to pick up. Gold and red decor with a small seating area. Food was tasty and great value. Came out to around $35 and was a meal for five. Pretty solid!! The "spicy" was actually spicy, kudos to Thai Thai for that!

My favorite Thai takeout place! The food is amazing, the Pud See Eu is my favorite. The service is great, they are so friendly and also very quick. I love this place.

I ordered Pad Thai and Pineapple Curry. I almost never write reviews but this pad thai was so bad I have to say something. The sauce was very watery and tasted almost like Texas Pete hot sauce. The pineapple curry was okay but also very watery and relatively flavorless. Will definitely not be going back here.

Best Thai food in South End/Uptown area! Reasonably priced w generous portions! It's takeout only, which is fine w me. Feels like a mom and pop place. Definitely authentic Thai w a Laos influence! Love the chicken or beef lahb! Soups and curries are legit!!

Always fast, affordable, and friendly. This is my go to place for a quick takeout Thai meal. I recommend the Pad Thai (I like mine with shrimp). The little lady who runs the place is a gem, and she always remembers me. I'd recently lost weight and was greeted with a warm and smiling "Long time no see. Oh! You look good. So skinny!" She made my day. The food will not blow you away in complexity or culinary standards. But if you are looking for an easy and affordable meal that tastes great while you binge your latest show, or hang at home with your BFs or SO on the couch around the coffee table - Thai taste will deliver... though not literally, you still need to pick it up.

Family oriented business. I was passing through. I always try the Thai food when I’m in a new place. Red curry is my standard dish. It never disappoints and has a distinction from restaurant to restaurant. The tofu was not fried. My preference is fried. However it was still delicious stop.

Best Thai food in Charlotte. Never had an order take longer than 30 minutes, usually ready in 15-20. Also, the owners are incredibly friendly and the portions are huge for an incredibly reasonable price. For first timers, there is no dining area so get it to go and have the best Thai of your life.

Very fast service at an exceptional value. A regular sized order can easily feed two hungry people. I’ve tried a lot of Thai places around and this is my favorite by far, quintessential take-out.

Grabbed some late night takeout from Thai Thai and they did not disappoint. I got the 26 which is a green curry, I got it with veggies and tofu. The portion was massive and only $15. I have leftovers for at a minimum of 1 more meal. The rice, tofu, and veggies all cooked to perfection and the spice level is just right.Dietary restrictions: Coconut curries, tofu, veggies
