Great place near NoDa with their local whisky (Rua and Quinn), good cocktails, decent beers and food. They have good outdoor parking space too considering the NoDa area.My only suggestion: make “The Broken Spoke” name clear as it is confusing to see Great Wagon Distillery name when one arrives.

This place is fantastic! I missed the chance of going when it was located down near Sugar Creek Brewing and Queen City Social so I am so glad I found this location while searching for good drinks! My friend and I went on a Tuesday night and I believe our bartenders name was Emily, who was also wonderful and patient with us as we stared at their impressive drink selection for probably too long. She even offered to whip up a mocktail for my friend! We ended up choosing the lavender lemonade, a peach whiskey sour, and the key lime mule. The mule was probably one of the best drinks I’ve ever had! Will be back for that drink alone and the friendly staff. They had music trivia that night and the host was fun and kept the crowd laughing! The outdoor patio is gorgeous, plenty of parking was available and the food was delicious! While the pickle pizza wouldn’t hold up to Rhino’s in New York - it came in at a close second! The pretzels and beer cheese were next level!! TLDR; fun drinks, friendly staff, phenomenal food - go try them out yourself!

With lovely holiday ambience and fancy cocktails in a clean, older-style building, this place has some serious charm. Didn't sample the food this time but will be back.

Do you love not knowing prices? I hate it. Every single menu here has not one price listed. So rude and so annoying. Enjoy the face of your bartender as you ask for the cost of every drink? No thanks I'll just suffer the consequences of my tab and then never come back. Luckily the drinks, bartenders, and environment is good.

This place is just all-around amazing! They have a beautiful interior and an awesome patio seating space - dog friendly! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and super friendly! The pizza is super tasty - homemade thin crust with some unique topping options! The spirits are outstanding! We will be back again and again!

Soooo... no, I didn't get anything to drink here. I know it's blasphemy to not drink at a distillery but Hubs and I came here at the suggestion of someone we met at a different bar while we were bar hopping. We were told of the pizzas, The Reuben in particular. Now I'm a huge fan of Reubens but have only had the sandwich. The thought of this on a pizza in lieu of rye bread was very intriguing. I had to try it! We order the pizza and sat by the bar. We came during a great moment as there were younger girls doing some traditional Irish (I'm assuming here so my sincere apologies if I'm wrong) dances. They were dressed in black dresses, arms linked and did amazing footwork similar to tap dancing. It was a beautiful show and we thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment. Outdoors it seemed like a band was setting up for live music - we didn't stick around to find out but we will next time! Now back to the food. The pizza was so freaking delicious. By far, the best pizza I've ever had in my life. I can't go back to pepperoni and cheese after this. Hell, even supreme, bbq chicken and ham pineapple has lost its appeal. The Reuben pizza is where it's at! Toppings were traditional- cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut and a drizzle of 1000 Island or Russian dressing- call it whatever you want. It was divine! The best part is the crust. Oh my, that pizza crust. There's a crunch to the crust along with a chewiness that's like texture heaven. Even Hubs agreed that this is the best pizza he's ever had. There are several other varieties to choose from and I'd love to try them all - but I'm going to always add a Reuben because it's just that good.

This was a really nice spot for some whiskey, Mixed drinks, and appetizers on a cold, rainy Saturday. The whiskeys were all good, though I was partial to the Irish moonshine (poitin). The hummus trio was great, but would have benefited from more pita and cucumbers for dipping. I didn't try the pizza, but it looked amazing. Only set back her OS the cost, particularly of the mixed drinks, which will run you about $15 per.

We each did a flight board featuring their distilled products and loved all of the flight! 3 out of the 4 of us went the whiskey flight. We agreed that the Quinn and Poitin were our favorites! After the flight 2 of us enjoyed the feisty Irish margarita and the other two enjoyed old fashions. Although delicious we found the old fashions to be a bit steep in price ($16). This seems like a great place to come and hangout. I definitely think we will be back in warmer months to enjoy the outdoor seating!

Perfection. Handcrafted spirits made with local spring water and no artificial preservatives, additives or junk. Amazing venue supporting local musicians. Fantastic Pizza, pretzels and Sandwiches. This is what local community is all about - genuinely awesome staff. We are so lucky to have these guys in NODA!

Is there anything better than locally crafted whiskey? Crafted Gin! Crafted Vodka, and it's all so good! Friends seem to prefer the Quinns but my favorite is the Rua which will remind you of a Smokey single malt scotch. Haven't had anything here I didn't like...

Good selection of drinks. Nice atmosphere. Seating indoors and out. A band on Friday night. I'd come back for sure!
