Called multiple times and they would never answer the phone. There's no reason that during business hours someone can't answer the phone and connect with customers.

Accidentally was given bone in instead of boneless, and the employees not only let us keep the previous order but also brought us out extra fries as we were waiting. They were very apologetic, fast, and accommodating!

The order is literally ALWAYS wrong and the quality is subpar. The only thing they have going for them is the ranch, which they will often give you the wrong order so it ruins the experience anyways. The wings are normally soggy. My last order, the boneless wings were inedible and rubbery. Gross.

Your employees on your Friday Night Shift today did a good job. I don't understand the bad reviews because they've honestly always been nice to me and the food is great. Keep your staff happy and I'll stay coming here

This experience was horrible For starters the cashier was having difficulty ring in wing flavors. ( hot with Lemon pepper sprinkle) Then he goes to explain to the cook and she goes "well what he want" After the 25 mins it took to get the order it was still wrong and missing items. I get home and my food is ice cold .Fries old with extra saltWings full of oil Just horribleNot to mention both employees left the store while my order was bein prepared .!

I went to this location in an attempt to avoid the other location in my area. The customer service was horrible but the food looked like they didn't even care to try. The fries were not cut barely at all. I had an entire slice of potato and when I called to find out if this was some new fry they were trying she suggested this was because they had large potatoes. Unfortunately that excuse didn't fly because I could see all sides of the potato skin and it was a small potato. Then the vegetables...please see the picture. I don't know what type of person it takes to wrap that up and think "yeah that's okay." The chicken as usual was subpar teetering on the cusp of undercooked. Meanwhile they have the nerve to increase the prices. I can no longer trust this organization since it appears all their locations are running into the same problems.

I order wingstop. I have low expectations to begin with, but I was blown away by the woman behind the register and the way she interacted with customers. I downloaded this app to leave a review as I eat mediocre chicken. Steer clear of this location. Go eat some frozen wings from Costco. Anything is better than an interaction with this staff.

This location is terrible!!!!! They place you on hold forever and you're never able to place an order! The person that answered the phone hung up on me and never picked up the phone again.

I don't understand why they haven't shut this location down yet... customer service is a big 0 no greeting no one going to ask you what you would like to order nothing. I thought maybe me giving them eye contact would make them acknowledge me nope that didn't do nothing. Finally my bf walked up to the window and asked about our online order. I'm just going to let the pictures speak for itself. You see the dryness and the lack of sauce it would've hurt them to toss the chicken in sauce for a while. I won't be coming back ever y'all need to close it down or something.

Very poor customer service. I do not intend on returning. I ordered a 10- piece wing combo and went and picked it up. Got home to uncooked fries. None of them were done. Called the next day and was put on hold for about 18 minutes. Employee offered no kind of sorry for their mistake of passing out uncooked food. She only asked if I wanted to come pick up my fries and when could I come. That business is about a 15 minute drive and frankly it is not worth the drive to pick up less than a handful of fries, because that is about how many I was given. No empathy or anything. I thrive on good customer service and she had none. So disappointing. I read the other reviews and can concur about the wings not being good. How do you mess up fried wings shaken in a sauce or seasoning? smh Somebody doesn't care about their business' reputation.

Only giving them one star because it makes me. Literally messed up my entire order. What they did give me was extremely dry. The wings were so dry that the sauces didn't even stick to them. If you like to eat sandpaper then this is the spot for you!!! Have you ever eaten corn on the cob that was so over cooked that it's almost popcorn? I would drive 100 miles to the next wingstop before I even ate here for free. You couldn't even pay me to eat here. Are y'all out of thighs? Didn't get more then 80 percent of our order. The only thing right was tuft carrots. Be ashamed of yourselves. Shut it down and turn yourself into a 7-11. Ol half a star earning location smh

Not even Waffle House has bad customer service than this place. HORRIBLE! Food took a hour ,and the lady telling me wether I should get ranch or not. Plus I was being nice the whole time. SMH

The definition of INCONSISTENT. I've order here multiple times and it feels like every time I'm rolling the dice. Today was so bad that I decided to take time out of my day to warn the public about COLD TOUGH and RUBBERY wings!
