Our flight was delayed and we ended up stuck in Charlotte after sitting in air port for 6 hours in Tampa and then getting to our hotel super late it was nice to have a late night option and it was really good. Definitely would try again but not from around here. You just made two very unhappy Midwest customers very happy and will go to bed with a full belly.

We always get delivery from here - It's close to our house, so the food always arrives hot and tasty. Our order is always correct which unfortunately is not the standard these days with most restaurants. The delivery drivers have all been personable and friendly every single time. I've even made a comment to my husband about how nice every single person has been. Great customer service. The food is exactly what you would expect from a pizza chain. But in my opinion they do a MUCH better job than most other chains. Yes, Charlotte has a ton of other restaurants to order pizza. If you want gourmet, you go with one of the other brands and you pay a higher price. If you want a solid, classic pizza, you can't go wrong here. The hand tossed Mac 'N' Cheese pizza is one of my favorites. If you want a protein, go for the Buffalo Chicken version.

Ordered food at 723 called store at 935 they delivered to the wrong hotel so we called and was told that the order was for pick up when it was for delivery! They put the manger on the phone which verified that it was for delivery. Manger was rude over talking not listening, he said it would be out which was okay and I asked the manager could he make sure I food was not cold he said that he was gonna send out food that was made at 7pm which have been sitting and road around to wrong hotel!!! And stated that he would not remake our food and the time now is 938 very unacceptable and very unprofessional 2 + hours and couldn’t even get the food or food remake as if in we don’t bring you all business from all three of our hotels!!! No longer will I recommend toppers to guest.

I hadn't had Toppers in years, and I'd always used the university location.I ordered the boom boom wings (bone in), a small Wisconsin cheesemaker topper pizza, and 20 oz coke zero sugar. The food was hot upon delivery. The pizza was as good as I remember and the wings were good, too. Definitely would order again.

Unfortunately would not recommend Toppers. I have had it one other time and it was actually fairly decent (2 stars instead of 1 because of the other better experience)... hence reasoning for ordering this time while in a pinch during travel. Received the pizza and it barely seemed cooked. It was quite cold in some places, toppings weren't cooked much at all, the cheese was sort of randomly placed around the pizza and was also cold in some places. The overall taste of the pizza wasn't there, either. The only ingredient I could taste was the roasted garlic I added to it, and even that was the slightest hint of flavor. Even the garlic sauce and ranch (on the side) barely tasted like anything. As for the actual store, did not have interaction in there with staff or the establishment as it was a delivery order. Would assume the overall ambiance of the place is ok based on what I've heard others mention about it. Unfortunately do not plan of returning or ordering again - which is a bummer!

Placed a last minute delivery order due to plane cancellation and service was quick and friendly. Loved the topperstix! Pizza was a little doughy, but possibly due to the timing. Very fair pricing, I would definitely try it again.
