All of the dishes were flavorless! Had a lot of staff most were just standing around and seemed like they did not know what to do and the owner made it clear that he was mad at them for it which made for a weird vibe overall. I am fine with paying for good food, but paying for bad food is not some thing I want to do ever therefore I will never be returning.

Another great meal at Toscana. It was a bit louder than usual, but that was due to a table of 6 or so seated next to us. The food and service at Toscana never disappoints. We will be back soon.

The meal was a marathon. Waited almost 15 minutes to be greeted by a waiter who couldn’t have cared less. He seemed mad at someone. Food was mediocre when it finally arrived. No one checked on us. No water refills and no follow up for a second round of drinks. The check arrived silently by someone we had never seen who didn’t bother to say hello or ask out about our meal.Disappointing evening.

The pasta was amazing and obviously made in house and the sauces were fresh, light and delicious. I enjoyed the wine recommendation too. We really enjoyed our meal.

Food was fair, not great. Service was rushed the entire time of service, odd since there were open tables. We definitely felt we were an annoyance to the restaurant. Water glasses were never refilled nor were there the typical periodic check-ins during the meal. The pricing was high for the quality of experience - we will not be going back as this is the second similar experience.

Candidly, I was teetering between a 3 and 4 for overall rating but opted for a 4 strictly because of the Buttera dish. I have been here about 5 times and I will say the service has not been consistent. At times the staff seems like they don't want to be there and seem to rush you/not really care about questions, etc - that has been a big turn off. There is a female bartender who is fabulous, however. As for the food, it's been a little inconsistent, as well. I've ordered the Cavatelli a couple of times and it's been better good one time and not so good the other. We also had a larger party and some ordered the same dish but you could tell some were sitting there for a while, likely waiting for the other dishes to be done. Not all looked to be the same freshness when they came out. Some of the dishes so seem a little overpriced for what you get, but the ambience of the restaurant and space is overall really nice! What I will say is - order the Buttera if that strikes you as something you may like. It's not necessarily something I would normally order per se, and I am SO GLAD I DID. It was so good I ordered some for take out a few days later! Add a little red pepper if you like a little bit of spice.

Went to Toscana to celebrate my wife's birthday, I mentioned this in the reservation. To our surprise there was a birthday card wishing my wife a happy birthday when we arrived at the table. We started with the Beef Carpaccio (wife LOVED IT) and Bruschetta (I wish the menu had stated it came with balsamic vinegar). For main dishes my wife ordered the Mare (LOVED IT) and I ordered the Pollo Medici (REALLY GOOD). Overall a great dinner and the staff were fantastic. I would recommend for a special occasion or family celebration.

I just ordered 86.00 worth of take out just now from Toscanna, and when I got home I was absolutely flawed by the lack of food I had received for this amount of money. You can't believe what they charged me for a Caprese salad in which included 2 slices of Mozarella, and three slices of an icy tomato. Take a wild guess? If you guessed $15.00 dollars, you were correct. I was outraged by this groce overcharge, so I called the restaurant back and wanted to speak to the manager. The manager who's name is Shafick, was not only rude, but when I told him I knew the owner of the establishment "Agousta", he was even more threatening to me, disrespectfully stating to me two times that I should accept his disrespectful response, or contact Agousta myself. Wow. ..you can't imagine how this restaurant is being run/ managed. Buyer/ consumer be aware of this poorly run/ mismanaged establishment. Agousta...Shame on you for allowing this clown run your business for you.
