The owner is so nice. She did not give me my drink cup until my food was ready so she upgraded me to a large for my wait. She was very friendly. The establishment is extremely clean.The good was cooked fresh and you can tell that the ingredients are fresh. Try the garlic cilantro sauce. I got the chicken fresco bowl with a side of plantains. It was plenty of food but DID NOT make me feel weighed down afterwards. I am ready to go back!

Had it the other day it was great. wish they didn't nickle and dime you for the condiments. salsa sour cream etc. like why isn't the price of a bowl the price of the bowl. it's listed as $12 and then you have to choose sauces then they charge you so it ends up being $14 and change. just charge what you need to charge and stop with the hidden fee garbage. other than that the food was great
Absolutely incredible food! I’m from Miami FL so when I moved up here I was missing my Pollo Tropical and Chicken Kitchen from down there but oh my goooood I am so happy because this food is not only comparable to some of my favorite spanish cuisine down in Florida but it’s EVEN BETTER!! Great service and the restaurant is always spotless ! Highly recommend this place, I’m obsessed

Great food and great service. The owner/manager is always friendly and willing to give suggestions on what to try. I’ve tried the South of the Border, Cuban and the Palomilla and have not been disappointed yet. I cannot choose a favorite! This place and the employees are a breath of fresh air during a time where customer service and food quality seem to be on a decline. Highly recommend and will be spreading the word!

My wife’s family absolutely loves this restaurant in the Greenville, SC area so she was very happy to see a new location here now here in Charlotte. The food is always delicious and service very friendly. Was just a bit sad to see that I was the only customer in the building when I picked up my large take-out order. This place really deserves a lot more customers which I’m sure will happen once more people in the area learn about it.

First timer and just what I wanted. I was leaving an appointment in the area and saw the sign while driving and decided to stop in. Had my heart set on a bowl or something healthy and this was it. Place is clean, staff member he answered all of my questions and walked me through the menu and sauces. Settled on the salmon bowl that was amazing I ate it all (normally I have leftovers always). The manager gave me all the sauces to try since it was my first time and the Garlic Cilantro and Gava BBQ were amazing. The other ones were great as well and would pair well with other food. They managed a large lunch rush and to go orders and I loved the meat was cooked to order. Definitely going to be coming again

I was having a craving for something fresh and remembered that they were fairly new to the neighborhood. I'm so glad we gave this place a try! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted, and the place was very clean. I am really grateful to the young lady who helped explain the menu to me. My kids enjoyed their Cuban chicken bowl. My shrimp and steak bowl was packed full of flavor. Super fresh and great portions. I'm really happy they're in the neighborhood. We were missing a restaurant that offers fresh healthier options in the area. I'm excited to come back and try the rest of their menu!

I'm really glad we finally tried this place out. The restaurant is very nice and clean. The staff was super welcoming. She helped go over the menu with me since it was our first time. And I really appreciated that. I got the Carne asada bowl with Thai sweet chili shrimp, and it was so amazingly delicious. I added some of their jalapeño sauce, and it elevated the bowl even more. My mini me got the kids' chicken bowl, and she said it's 5 stars for her, lol. We will definitely be back. I'm excited to try their whole menu. I'm really happy you guys are in the neighborhood!

Was super excited to see this place open in my neighborhood and OMG this it is so good! Definitely exceeded my expectations!! I had the south of the border bowl. The ingredients are so fresh, the chicken is cooked perfectly. The sauces are SO GOOD but you barely need them bc the bowl has so much good flavor. I will definitely be a regular here. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Misty helped me discover these amazing signature sauces. Overall I'm so glad I gave this place a try and it's exactly what Steele Creek needed!!

Picked up food to go tonight and it was great! Manager and other employees were very nice and helpful (first time trying it so had some questions). My husband and I both had chicken bowls, and our son had the kids Cuban bowl. We all loved what we ordered. Both the garlic cilantro and guava bbq sauces were delicious. Price was very reasonable for the large portions you get (we all had enough leftovers for a second meal). Excited to have a healthy option with lots of variety so close!
