I visited Tropical Smoothie the other day and had a wonderful experience. The girl who took my order did an excellent job and was very helpful in the decision process. My smoothie and sandwich were both delicious and I would absolutely recommend them to others interested in trying.

Honestly, the photo doesn't do it's justice. But theories nothing more refreshing than these smoothies. They are SO big and feeling I share it with someone every-time. We love the goodness but the mango one is also delicious. We have also gotten the kids strawberry and it's delicious. I really like this location because of the park up front spaces for kids to play and have fun for free and it's a nice neighborhood. Clean store. The service is ok, nothing remarkable, usually are teens. Prices good , plenty parking space. Nice for a quick stop of relaxing and refueling.

We get here all of the time. Their online process stinks so I have to call it in because half of the menu is not on there to order. Yesterday they took my order on the phone. Today, one day later they said they no longer take over the phone orders. Pure laziness, why not? Not everyone has access or the ability to do things online. Do better

I have Tropical Smoothie all of the time. I order a smoothie that had hard things in it. When I asked the employee to remake, she argued with me. I walked out without a smoothie or a refund because she was not willing to remake it and I could not deal with her. So disrespectful and clueless. I know it is hard to get good employees, so I thought you should know. This just happened.

I have been recommended this place by a friend a few times and was excited to go. However, twice when I have tried to walk in there, during their posted business hours, the place was locked up and closed. I finally managed to pay a visit when they were open and it was quite busy. I ordered a smoothie and a quesadilla, it was good and came out quickly, but the cashier was very distant and seemed annoyed and confused that I was ordering, spoke very quietly and wasn't very nice. The set up is also quite odd, the first time I went in there I wasn't sure where I was supposed to place my order, but that may have been because there were a lot of people in there. It was clean, especially considering how busy they were, but it felt crowded. It wasn't a bad place, just very weird that twice while I have tried to go there during hours they haven't been open.
I ordered on the app yesterday, making sure they were open google and the sign on the door said they were open, but when I got there the door was closed, and the lights were off with nobody inside but I still got charged for my smoothie

This location's hours are totally unpredictable. We placed an online order, received a confirmation and arrived at the store to pick up - only to find out that it's CLOSED. Now we'll also have to deal with the grumpy owner guy - who never even acknowledges customers when they enter the store - about getting our money refunded. Awesome!Update 3/28: Still haven't received a refund 5 days later!

Terrible customer service and management. They missed up my food order, I simply asked for a refund instead of having the food remade. I was ensured that I would get refund for the mistake, but never did. I called the store multiple times, and never got a clear answer if my refund was being processed. Would definitely recommend going to a different tropical smoothie location. Don’t waste your money at this location.

NEVER MADE MY ORDER. manager must be on crack because I was told every one of the 6 times I called on different days that my order would be refunded and still hasn't been. a month after I placed an order here and I am still hungry with no refund. wish this place never existed. I expect to be contact directly to resolve this.
