Food was fine however expensive for what you get. I feel MOD pizza is better because toppings are included in the price rather than $1+ per topping. Service was nothing special - we ordered at register, took table marker, and waited. Food was hot when it arrived. My biggest disappointment was the atmosphere. Seeing the cooks eating and playing on their phone on the line while my food is being prepared is not a good thing. Used towels were lying around food prep area - also not a good thing. Workers' drinks were also sitting on partition between tables and food prep area - just didn't look right from customer point of view. Decor was blah.....felt "cold" and "uninviting". Nothing made me want to return.

Casual pizza place (though they definitely have more than pizza) and the food was really good. Friend got garlic and clam pizza, which was fantastic. I got chicken Parm sub and that was really satisfying as well. The bread was great on that. Will definitely eat here again and love the style of eatery it was!

My daughter and I came here for the first time because our normal pizza place was closed, and I'm so glad we did. We were on our way to our first daddy daughter dance and the staff was so kind and made my 6 year old feel very special. The manager, Jordan did a great job orchestrating the dinning room to accommodate the dinner rush. My daughter gave very high praise to the cheese pizza and I loved the mushroom and onion pizza. We've found our new pizza place!

Love this place, good pizza and great spinach arugula salad at a reasonable price. And usually not too crowded at least when I go. Music could be a little softer, kinda loud and echoey.. somewhat distracting.. Been going 1/month for years..

I've been meaning to try this place for a while, yet reluctant because I hate to get let down. Well, ding ding ding...winner! My order was delivery and I made sure to get a few different items: sausage and broccoli rabe pizza, BLT (grilled) pizza w/ ranch, chicken parm hero. Let's start with the sandwich. It was pretty decent. The chicken wasn't rubbery. I get that isn't the highest bar to set, but given how many times I've generally encountered this....I was please. It was really your basic chicken parm hero. My favorite part was the bread. So soft and and good. Sausage/broccoli pizza: very good...pleasing. BLT grilled pizza: this was the gem to me. Easily one of my favorite "salad pizzas." I've never had the crust grilled before and this really won me over. This is my go-to from now on. Everything traveled really well. All in all - I'm so happy I finally gave this place a try. Being a native NYer, in all honesty, I'm not always looking for a NY style pizza. Im not in NY and vatiety is the spice of life. I have one or 2 spots that can do a decent job. I just love exploring all the different kinds of pizza and True....it's true. I'm a fan of you.

I'm giving this joint 2 stars because the pizza is eatable, however the people that run this establishment are downright rude and unprofessional. I work in hospitality and people come to me all the time and ask me what's good what's bad. Guess what this joint falls under? Sorry not sorry train your management to be nicer to your customers!

Delicious pizza and cool environment! The wooden grill is in the middle of the restaurant so you can watch your pizza be made and baked. Their homemade ranch is a must try for the pizza and keeps me coming back. Also they make the best Caesar salad I’ve ever had!
Very impressed! We ordered a kids pizza dog, chicken parm subs, large house salad and a regular pie. Food was delicious! We loved the bread the chicken parm was on.The manager Jordan was so nice and very professional. He helped bus tables and helped customers.

My wife and I have had two great meals from True and each was outstanding. I had a meat lovers Calzone it was "off the chain" dripping with goodness. Furthermore the Greece salad is very good also. We are new the the area but one thing we are confident in is that True Crafted pizza is our favorite pizza place.

Pretty good pizza with a variety of other items on thr menu. Quick service and friendly staff. Thier soups are not overly salted which is great, this goes the same for the pizza. Lunch special allows you to pick a 1/2 sanwhich and a choice of cup soup or a salad under 10 bucks. The kids pizza is just the right size to feed them and leave a slice or two for the parents.

There were a unique list of specialty 11 inch pizzas but none appealed to my tastebuds so I chose a calzone and salad. One daughter had a margherita pizza and the other chose a calzone. Customer service was amazing. Although staff huddled in one area talking amongst themselves, they regularly broke away to check on customers. The food tasted really good. The issue was that toppings inside the calzone were scarce. Over half was simply overcooked bread. The salad had a lot of vegetables but no meat or cheese... but it was still a really good salad. Overall, we enjoyed the experience. We would probably choose another location that fit our palates.Vegetarian options: Salads, pizzas, and pastas are served with a variety of meatless options.
