Needed a new Vietnamese Restaurant since the one on Steele Creek closed. Saw this place and checked it out. Service was good now granted we were there after lunch. Pork Fresh Spring rolls were great. Wife had the Char-grilled pork Vermicelli bowl and was very tasty. Had the Pho Dac Biet and the serving size was adequate and of course I'm always there for the broth which was one point. Highly recommend and will be back soon

It could have been better, but its good. I got take out and the meat was really chewy. Usually the meat is separate from the broth when I get pho togo from other places. The broth was really good just wish my meat wasn't over cooked.

Maybe some of best pho soup. However there as enough meat. Literally there was only like 2 or 3 shrimp in my seafood soup. ?

Zero stars. NEVER GO.worst experience at a restaurant in charlotte.the man who receives the order and attends is the worst in the world, rude, elitist, aggressive, bad-tempered, disrespectful, insolent, from the time we arrived until we left he was moody.I am very sorry that the woman who is in the back in the kitchen and the child who accompanied her have to share a day with that man who is angry with life.the attention of the place is the worst.never go

A few years ago the food alone was a 10/10. As of last week, its a 6/10. A small group of us arrived around 3:00 to a quiet (clean) restaurant. The service was adequate, the food was above average but nothing special. They do not accept AMEX or AppleCard which was awkward. Perhaps we missed the signs, but buyer be warned. I still have fond memories of this place right after it opened, sadly the memories did not match the current reality. The Pho was good, the rolls were delicious and the pork meatballs were on-point.

The sauces on the table were sticky, table was dirty, the banhmi we ordered was cold and seemed like the bread was microwaved. The service was terrible and the owner swore under his breath, because we didn't tip. There was zero service and food was not edible. I can't say that he was being racist towards us, but I can understand why other people have felt that way and wrote that in the reviews.

Tasty pho and crisp spring rolls. Portion sizes are pretty good. Friendly server as well!

In for a big bowl of beef combo pho! Excellent broth, nice side of add ins, sprouts, basil, jalapeños. Plenty of all the sliced beef, meatballs, tendons, tripe..all the good bits!

I got the shrimp and pork spring rolls, but there was no option to not have the shrimp so I put it in the box and they did take out the shed, but they sliced open the spring roll.I tried to make a little salad because it was so much lettuce and also realize that it was turkey slices not pork.Pho is a great flavor broth with a lot of chicken but minimal noodles.

We always get the excellent Phô here, which my wife wanted, but I was hungry for báhn mì. The bread was more chewy than I expected. It felt as if it was a store-bought hoagie roll. The ingredients were fine, but the bread is too important. Will be back for Phô.

Solid 8.5/10,Huge portion, full of flavor, lots of toppings. $25-30 for lunch, not bad at all.Tried the Vietnamese coffee, i’m amazed. Service is nice tho (?) I wonder why people give bad reviews.

This restaurant is by far one of the worst places to eat that I have visited in Charlotte for several reasons. 1, the food is subpar. One of my party bit into a rolls that was served with the entrée and she got a mouth full of oil. Oil was dripping down her arms and into her lap. The food i was served looked stale and not fresh. We were scared to put the vegetable into the hot boiling pho broth because it looked as if it hadn't been washed and was wilting. Reason 2, the customer service, server, host were abominable. Before ordering I tell my server on 3 separate and distinctive moments, I don't eat a particular item on the entrée and it can be removed. I got his assurance but after delivering the food, lo and behold the items are in my food everywhere. I couldn't risk eating there and lost my appetite. I let the server know and told him the issue and he could take the plate and leave it off the bill. He takes it and places it on a side counter by the entry and leave it there. When it was time to pay, he says to me "you have to pay, we are not in the business to give food away.". At first i was unbothered, nobody is going to make me pay for what i don't want to. Then he commits the greatest disrespectful slight that i have EVER experiences at a restaurant. He pick pick up the phone, pushes the dial tone, looks me directly in the face says " I feel threatened". That caused a lot of confusion in my mind because i wasn't argumentative nor had deviated from a calm tone. For everyone who doesn't understand the statement, to people of color it means I going to call the police and your life maybe in danger. At that point, I realized i was dealing with a desperate racist. I paid and left. This place is trash in every sense of the word. The bathroom is trash. The food is Trash. The service is trash.

Not a great place to eat. Food is mediocre, service is even worse. The owners are crass and abrasive and the cleanliness of the restaurant is abominable (go check the washrooms).
