This is a pretty popular place. Every time I've been here, there is a line to get in. The wait staff had difficulty getting around the people to deliver food. They did play good music and the drinks were strong.

I’m new to the south end area and it seems to be open til 2am and that makes it a great option for a late night bite or bevy. Plus TikTok and insta has promoted it soon thought for sure it’d be reputable. Tonight (maybe) was different tho— I totally get that they may not have been busy today but they made me feel super unwelcome. I chugged my second drink just to get an Uber because they decided to turn all the lights on before their last call (not even closing time). I’m not usually one to complain but I tipped them 40% and it literally didn’t matter. I was snubbed and given grotesque looks just for being there. They just wanted me gone. And no one was apologetic about it AT ALL. I’m really disappointed. I’ve been here before and I thought everyone was so Nice. The stark turn in customer service has me feeling different.

Amazing atmosphere at this location plus the Foodddddddd.....Omg. I was in heaven over the fries. Crispy, seasoned and fried to perfection. My drink just set the mood right. I had these flavorful tacos that made my taste buds jump for joy. The staff was very friendly and engaging.

Came to visit with a group of friends and we were sat at a table outside. The place was busy so we knew it might take awhile and that was okay, but when the server came over (he was a tall guy with long blonde hair) he was extremely rude from the get go. We placed a drink order and needed to make a correction so we said “excuse me”, to which he ignored, and when we said it again he whirled around and snapped at us before walking away. He wouldn’t allow us to make the correction. When he finally came back we handed him money for the drinks to close out (knowing we didn’t want to deal with him again), he rolled his eyes and cursed because he didn’t get a better tip. If you’re going to be a server, you shouldn’t stomp around with a bad attitude just because you’re busy, this is the job you signed up for. And you don’t get a tip for being unhelpful, rude, and for cussing at your customers. Overall, the place seems okay but I wouldn’t go back if this guy was still a server.

Im reviewing from a perspective of a mature mid forties adult so this place just wasn’t for us. Located in the heart of where young singles live, that’s the crowd it’s for. Meh food. Drinks were good. Very loud ambiance. Skin tight booty shorts on severs. One and done.

I honestly thing this is a great place with some of the best music Charlotte has to offer. The only problem is the staff. I waited patiently outside the men’s room as there was a long line. I go inside and someone from staff who was not taking care of the door before lets someone else enter and use the lavatory before me, sort of providing a preference. Not sure if motivated by some extra $. Regardless, a couple of minutes later someone else walks in with his girlfriend and starts making out and it’s uneasy when you’re not suddenly expecting that next to the urinal. If this matters to the management, it happened on Saturday, 3/9/24 after midnight or the morning of 3/10/24 around 1 am. Please check your cameras and you’ll be able to confirm.

Went to this establishment on a Friday night. There was two of us. There was a staff member who was a black male with curly hair. He was very attentive, found us a spot to sit in during their busiest hour. He asked a waiter to provide us service for the night. The waiter was a tall, blonde white male. The waiter came to ask us if we wanted drinks, we requested water because we wanted to eat first. The waiter never came back, brought everyone else’s drinks around us. & very obviously ignored us the rest of the time we were there. We waited for 20 minutes until the first guy came back. He brought us water and found us another waitress that took our order. 5 stars to him for exceptional service! The food was very good but I wish there were bigger portions.

Vinyl was awesome! Growing up in Philly, my wife and I truly enjoyed the vibe! The drinks and food were spot on! The bartender we had Allona (sp?) was the best! This is the best spot we have experienced since moving to Charlotte in 10+ years, hands down!
