I did not want to write a review because the baristas were very nice and the only reason why I would come back here. This place is disgusting and needs a very deep cleaning and new equipment. As I sat here the other day, I saw a few bugs crawling on the counter by where I was sitting then as I approached the register, I saw a dead bug. This should be addressed immediately because it is gross, how are we supposed to be sitting and eating comfortably when there is roaches around? I will be needing to see a change in the cleanliness at this store before I ever return. All the other Waterbean locations have a much nicer inside. Avoid this one at all costs.

Walked in excited to try a new spot. I never thought in my life a lack of greeting would makeMe wanna leave but it sure did especially after I try to say hello, how are you today? I got stared at with no reply while goes back to picking at fingernails. Im like you k ow what I’ll keep my money let’s go somewhere we feel welcome.

I mean this with the utmost respect because I don’t like trashing on service workers, but this was the worse coffee I’ve ever had. I ordered the iced Vietnamese Coffee with condensed milk. Literally tasted like water with a splash of coffee. I had to pour it out as soon as I got home and wished I had tasted it while in the cafe because it was a waste of my money and I gave a tip. I’m not sure if this was just a bad day for the barista, but I really can’t believe all of these reviews if the coffee always taste like this.

Favorite coffee shop! Everyone is friendly and try to make you something your happy with. Espresso is delicious with 5 different roasts. Sandwiches are always made fresh and hit the spot! I love the atmosphere too, not too big or small with a spacious patio. I’m a regular there.

Great coffee (and I’m saying that as a frequent Seattle traveler) and amazing atmosphere. Relaxing, calm, and focused. Exactly what a coffee shop should be. I got sick of the bustle at Starbucks. Great food too! Well-priced and good portions, very much unlike Starbucks in that respect. Very nice & quick staff.
