Drove out of my way from where I live 20 mins to the Charlottetown Wendy’s because the park road Wendy’s and Carnegie Blvd locations have been nothing but terrible with ordering, orders being incorrect, missing items, ect. Mind you these two locations are 5 mins from me either direction. Instead I drive all the way over to this one, ordered two kids meals, two identical baconator meals and two Cinnabon pull a parts. While it’s not the end of the world, that’s almost $40 at Wendy’s these days. Needless to say, I drive over to drive thru, they shorted me a frosty, which I let them know, and I knew then I should have checked the bags. I get all the way home, just to see the Cinnabon pull a parts aren’t with order, almost $8 of the order. I can’t drive all the way back over there tonight, so I try to call them, they literally have the phone off the hook; there is zero way of getting a refund and it’s very aggravating. I don’t eat fast food often at all, and when I do I would only get Wendy’s, I think that has ended today. I’m so sick of this nonsense.

I like coming to this Wendy’s location. They are pleasant over here, and get your orders right.Parking: They have available parking over here. Although their parking lot is a bit smaller than other establishments, but you are grantee to find parking.

Terrible drive thru experience. I pulled up to the speaker box and heard the young lady excessively cursing, laughing and saying she was ready to go home. She then proceeds to ask me “whatchu want”. I was already contemplating driving off. I gave the lady my order and without letting me finish the order she told me a random total and would not respond to me anymore. I pulled to the window and she says “now whatchu want, I couldn’t hear ya because of the noise up in here and your window ain’t all the way down.” The manager Robert noticed her behavior and took over thankfully. I asked for the lady’s name and he said Jasmine. Needles to say I see she has a previous bad review on here. Robert was very nice and handled the situation professional. Wendy’s please look into higher better candidates compared to Jasmine. She is declassing the brand.

Jasmine was extremely rude through the speaker. Once we got to the window she claimed they do not use applepay. When the other associate came to the window to help her, they corrected her that they do. It’s our second rude encounter with her so please either train her again or get rid of her.

This Wendy’s stole from me.They deceived me by taking money from me on the app and then locked their doors during lunch (at 12:10 on 3 April) without a sign and had an employee sitting right inside by the door who wouldnt come to thr door to tell all of us what what going on.When i called the help line/ did the chat function, for a refund, i couldnf get someone on thr line after spending half lunch working on it.

I went to the drive-thru to try to order a large diet Dr pepper and a large cup of ice and I was interrupted at least five times while I'm trying to get the large Dr pepper out of my mouth. The girl was very rude she has no customer service and does not need to be working there. This was the worst experience I've had at that particular Wendy's.
