Put in a mobile order and waited 45 minutes at the store. Got told to pull up to the second window while at the second window. And they still forgot stuff

Worst place ever! I hope they break this place down and build something better. Got a Breakfast Baconator that came with not only eggshells in it the egg but burnt sausage. Yes I threw it away, never buying anything from there ever again. This is not the first time they’ve done something like this, I give them many chances but yeah I’m done being nice and getting anything anymore from there. Definitely not worth the drive. I’d recommend taking exit 36 and going to the dunking donut or chic fil a if you want better breakfast that’s closer.

This place is ghetto as hell they never have anything. No fries no chicken no sauce and then they take 20 minutes to take one order like they some really stupid slow people working there and then don't compensate for nothing. I didnt know that people could be so dumb and still exist on this earth but they do and they work here

No way Adalis Wall is the GM:This place has no mgmt/ no District manager . I'm not sure how they are even open....they lock doors during day ..but let me write a review about today. I ordered breakfast on the mobile app. I filled both of my truck tanks up takes about 10 min's give or take. Pull to drive thru... get no response.. drive to window waited 5 mins until someone walked pasted and asked if I have already ordered . Young man stalls another 20-25 mins not knowing which meal to make 3 cars behind me have drove off at this point . manager or whatever she was comes from back yelling at employee. she comes to window eventually . tells me that there no longer serving breakfast although I order wayyy in advance before cut off time . And just gives me whatever meal i wanted.

Trash. I don’t understand how they are still in business. Waited in drive through for 15 minutes. They told me to come inside. When I got inside the frosty machine was busted and my kid was disappointed. It was so nasty in there I decided not to even order. Wasted time.

When I arrived the manager was yelling and cussing at her front counter employee and asking him if he was just stupid. I ordered my meal and as I waited the manager she walked to the counter and yelled saying we don’t have the nacho burger bun I said that’s ok she then yelled again saying I don’t have the cheese for that sandwich either so pick something else and make it fast. I was shocked at this point with the absolute horrible service but said let me get a baconator with no ketchup or mayo she said so plain then like I was stupid I said yes please. She then told the front counter guy to get it together quick and get him out of the restaurant so he ain’t staring at me. This manager needs some serious training and coaching on who exactly pays the bills in this restaurant and have some respect for her employees. I will not be returning and I will be posting this on other sites so other people know not to come here. Do better Wendy’s.

Waited 15 minutes for a Doordash order. They didn't start the order until I drove up to the window. Two people behind me ordered and drove off because of the long wait. Day before, they had the door cracked and said that the lobby was closed.Train your employees to operate the store better and maybe you'll get better reviews.

There never open I. The morning they say there system is down an give them 10 to 15 mins well I came back 20 mins later an they said the same thing there breakfast menu is never turnt around so in the morning you just see the regular

First 3 visits, everything was fine.4th visit: Ordered at drive thru and when I got to the window they tell me cash only= no food5th visit: TRIED to order at drive thru and they told me (on the drive thru speaker, that I have to come inside.My LAST visit(!) : waited (literally) 10 minutes at drive thru before being greeted (not busy) ... She asks for my order, I give it, 2 more minutes of silence... then.... she asks for my order... I ask "is your speaker broken?" for her to yell at me "GIVE ME A MINUTE!"Done!

No ice, no tea, no ketchup in dining room. They seemed to be rationing ice for some reason. The boy kept giving me 2 inches at a time in my cup until I made him fill it up. The restroom was a train wreck. Was not busy at all but no one made any effort to do anything.It's very obvious that the drive-thru takes precedence over the dining room and that is backwards. Wendy's should be ashamed of this franchise.
