Arrived early to the airport so I decided to stop for a drink and get some work done. It was nicely situated in the plaza near my gate. Unfortunately the service was horrible. The gentleman who took my initial order was nice but the female demonstrated an obvious bias to certain patrons. As a result I decided to close out early. Even with the poor service, I still left a tip. I fly regularly but will not patronize this establishment again.P.s. the music is also too loud in the plaza.

Stopped in for a connecting flight and Tony was taking care of the entire bar, WOW! He did not stop working and was attending to all patrons. Thank you for an outstanding service.

What a pitiful experience for your backside. You can't afford a decent cushion on your metal chairs to go along with the high wait times?

The metal chairs detract from enjoying the good food. Ask for a booth if you want to eat here. The food was hardy, I liked it.

Charlotte airport layover and we stumbled across Valerie at this restaurant. Good southern food. Salmon Caesar was amazing and the soup! But our server Valerie stole the show - a true southern belle with charm and wit. Recommend for weary travelers who aren’t hurry.

Better go to some fastfood restaurants in the airport. This was by far my worst experience in service when visiting the US, one of the most unfriendly experiences ever. Of course, this maybe a skewed experience. But it seems staff is given no time for talking or explaining things, no understanding that International guests may need a bit of clearly articulated instructions, ideally expressed in a semi-friendly manner. I will never visit this place again.

Went to the restaurant inside the airport and they charged higher prices than the ones stated on the menu, with the excuse that menu were not updated. Took for ever to get the check and then to get the payment method. Food wasn’t fresh and was cold.
