This location gave me my whole order wrong; instead of providing classic wings, they gave boneless ones. They also forgot to put the ranch. I spent 40+ in this order, and they do not even answer the phone. There is no way how to get a refund. It's a complete waste of money.

I waited over an hour and a half for my food. Asked multiple times how much longer it’d be as respectfully as I could and I either got ignored or told “10 minutes” then waited way longer than that. Finally decided I was just going to leave and when I asked for a refund the cashier refused.

I've ordered from here twice and I should've learned my lesson the first time. The first time I ordered food was missing and it was extremely late so my food was cold. But again I tried, which promoted my review. I recieved the entirely wrong order which I couldn't even eat, food and drink missing. I tried calling, but why? No one answers the phone. They send you straight to hold with no attempt to answer. I even called early the next day and still the same. I just want my money back because you spend too much on delivery and food for this foolishness. Don't order from here.

My food was COLD when delivered. I did not receive what I ordered. This was a HORRIBLE experience.
Ordered from this place twice. The first time I got tenders and they were smaller than my sisters boneless wings. Ordered again tonight and they forgot 3 ranches, the “dry rubs” were covered in a weird paste, nothing like the wingstop I normally go to. Most of the “boneless wings” were smaller than chick fil a nuggets. My Cajun corn also had no Cajun seasoning on it.

First time coming here and trying their food I gotta say it was amazing. The wings and fries were off the chain I definitely enjoyed the food. Food was ready when I got there so not long of a wait either. I definitely will be paying this place a visit again.
I’ve eaten at 2 different Wingstops in Charlotte and both were pretty good. I ordered and waited about 15 mins which was fine to me. The food i ordered was right and still warm when i got home.

Went to Wingstop for dinner with my partner, was super excited for some boneless wings and chicken tenders. Got home and opened the boxes... was absolutely disappointed. The boneless wings were barely coated in the sauces we ordered (Spicy Korean BBQ and Mango Habanero), and the tenders were not at all what we ordered! We wanted Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan, and we ended up getting tenders with little to no seasoning and a VERY mysterious gooey sauce. Very disappointing visit, will probably never come back here.
