Worst wingstop I've ever been to. Everything I pickup a doordash order, you have to wait 15 to 30 minutes for pickup.Whats worse today, is I stepped into the store and nobody said a word to me for 7 minutes. I get your busy, but at least acknowledge somebody walking into the store. All employees, including the manager, were just chatting with each other.

There was no honey on the hot honey wings, the Cajun wings and the hot honey wings looked the same I think they gave me double Cajun wings but honestly I don’t even think they did that because there’s barely any seasoning on them. They didn’t give me a straw for my drink or any utensils. Food was cold.

The red head white girl with glasses is extremely disrespectful and LAME. She said they were only taking online orders when I walked in, but another lead came and took my order right after. She had an attitude for no reason, didn't season my fries, and said I was 'getting on her nerves' to her coworker because I asked if my food was ready when apparently they didn't have a ticket. She needs to do better. The guy with the locs she was working with was friendly and made sure to tell me to have a nice day, but the girls attitude was not it. only come to this location if you want your food thrown at you. Worse than McDonalds.

Placed an online order at 6:44 pm. It said it would be a 16-21 min wait.. I leave my house 30 mins later to get to the restaurant to wait another hour and a half… this place has no leadership or training. Then after 45 mins in the said they couldn’t find my order… now I see people coming in and out picking up food. This is the worst place to come to. I will take the drive to another place to get food

So my mother and I visited this location January 4th, 2024. There were 2 gentlemen taking turns walking out back. The entire restaurant smelled of weed anyways but as soon as they would open that back door the weed smell became unbearable. One guy was the cook but not sure what the other guys occupation was. The female at the front of the restaurant seemed to be the only one not smoking and she was very friendly. The corn we ordered was taken to my dieing brother in the hospital. But we were so mortified because our clothes and the food we brought to the hospital smelled entirely of weed, we were humiliated. Not to mention they forgot some of our order. I don't care what people do at their own home but to bring it to a place of work is unbelievable. I'd have a new manager take over this place immediately. I will not be back.

Ordered my food through Uber eats so I have my lunch when I go on break because I work from home so I don’t have time to leave and go get food the driver delivers my food with my name on the bag and my entire order was wrong this is my second time ordering from this location and the first time my order was stolen and they refused to re do my order and this time they gave me someone else’s food.
Placed order over the phone for 4 people. Only 1 order was correct. Do better!

I put in an online order at 11:19 , I come to grab my food right before they close the “manager” says to me that the ticket didn’t come out but I have the confirmation email and the money is taken out of my account. I wish she would have just told me that she gave my food away but she got hostile and that’s how I knew she gave it away. Also right before I walk in I see a lady walking out with 5 bags of food , like come on , We asked her could we just get some food if we couldn’t get a refund and she said she can’t do anything so they took my money and I didn’t get my food.
