We ordered the orange chicken, which was fried to hard & was very very chewy. The chicken & broccoli & fried rice lacked flavor & tasted as if it were cooked inside someone's stale home. The spring rolls tasted the same (stale). The general tso chicken was the only item that tasted fresh & delicious. After spending $40 for two, we were highly disappointed. If you're looking for good Chinese food, look else where because this place is not it!

One of the worst so called Chinese food I’ve ever had. Fried rice was absolutely flavorless and what’s worse is that they overcharged me. The Chinese lady at the counter was not honest about what’s chargeable and ask you if you want things like sauces without informing that it’ll cost. $1 for a very small amount of yum yum sauce is absolutely ridiculous! She asked if we wanted egg rolls and I asked what’s the cost and she said it doesn’t cost, when there was! What was supposed to cost $24+ costed me in the end $34+! Daylight robbery! Don’t go here, it’s not worth it.

I just got food poisoning and now a infection of some sort in my gut from eating their food. I can't suggest this to anyone. It didn't taste awful but according to my doctor the food was likely old and that's what did me in. 512.99 meal including the bonus trip to the hospital.

This food here is so gross!! It tastes old and like it sits all day. The owner has a sign of no refunds so it's obvious they get alot of complaints. She refused to give me a refund after spending almost $17 on rice cabbage and grilled chicken. I then threw it in the trash and went to chick FIL a

This place is the worst. They overcharged me and then have nerve to have no refunds on the cash register. They charged me for two entrees when I got one. The sign say $3.69 for sides and they charged me $4.99. Never again. Go to the vendor next to them and they have the same items with no issues. The food is better also.
Never again. I ordered 1 entree with side and got charged for entrees. The sign says sides are $3.69 and they charged me $4.99. Sign says Spring roll 1.99 and they charged over $3 for one. Trust me, the food was not wirth the $19 they charged me.

Yeung's Lotus Express at Northlake Mall in Charlotte is a great place to go for delicious and flavorful food that is fresh and ready when you need it. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need.

The rice was bland, flavor of a burnt pan, chicken and mushroom had no seasoning or flavor, just taste the flavor of the mushrooms and the schen poa chicken wasn’t good. The spring roll did not have any seasoning or flavor, taste just like the dough it was fried in. I will never return to this restaurant again. If you want flavorless and unseasoned food….go here and the prices are crazy for the mess they are serving. Go to the Chinese spot next to it instead. Hate I wasted my money like this?. Please don’t do what I did and starve after purchasing a full plate of food from here. I had to get something else to eat, that’s how bad it was. Hope this helps!
