The worst location I have ever visited.. the drive thru is ridiculous slow and very un-organized!!! I sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes.

Unfortunately here in Charlotte, a lot of the big restaurants are not dishing out quality food anymore. Sad to say the least. Wings have gotten smaller and prices have increased. They also don’t do fried mushrooms anymore. It’s not worth it anymore to eat out in Charlotte anymore. They don’t care about customers. They just want your hard earned money. Zaxbys use to be a great spot to eat instead now the standards have fallen to the waistline. It’s like they just give us something to keep quiet. Customer service was good just not the food. Chicken had no flavor just the sauce. You can taste the blandness under the sauce. Definitely not fit for my money. Fries were cold and small amount for the price. This was almost 15 dollars and for what. I’ll have to tell friends and family to stop supporting if they not willing to do right. Bojangles may be a better choice or even wing stop. Wings tastes rubbery.It’s March 29th 2024. Ended up back at this location hoping for redemption. They got my order wrong to start. Then when I thought I was good, wings are bland with just sauce flavor and chicken is very dry. It’s only young kids in here attempting to cook. Zaxbys should taste like zaxbys, no matter which one you go to. It’s a standard that they have patented and copy written. We as customers demand quality. But unfortunately there are lazy employees here who don’t care. Customer service includes great food. Instead we get robbed for our hard earned money. I guess the next thing to do is contact corporate because I didn’t even get a response back from the store location in question. They get high on their breaks and then everything’s downhill after that. I’m looking at one high employee right now.

Stopped in to get a quick bite. The drive thru wasn't working, but there was no sign. Someone came thru the speaker to advise you. Waited almost 10 to 15 min to get my food. Chicken was hot, but the fries were not. I was extremely disappointed. I don't have a zaxby near when I live, so to say my feelings were hurt is an understatement.

They didnt put my cookies in my bag after i asked repeatedly was they and my sauce in there and then i ordered a sprite as my drink it was water i had to go spend more money buying me a drink out the store amh pointless to pay for

Terrible customer service just there for a paycheck. Don’t expect them to get your order right or correct it! The inmates are clearly running the asylum You can complain to the manager but they won’t do anything about the behavior. Better off just disputing the charge with your bank every single time! And did!

Placed an order online for pickup, arrived at the restaurant the employees are playing around in the back while customers are being ignored. The drive thru is moving faster than online orders that were placed 40 minutes before hand. If you’re planning to order at this location be aware of the lack of customer service and readiness.
Post to be open at 11am but I wasn’t , had workers outside playing . Then waited 5 mins for them to say we closed our fryer down . Need better service.

Went to the pick up counter 10 minutes after my order should have been ready. employee taking orders would not even look at me and continue taking people from the line that got there after me. Finally interrupted her 10 more minutes later to ask for my order and it was sitting there ready the whole entire time. Absolutely ridiculous.
