I asked for the bacon ranch Chesse loaded fries got home in literally 5 mins cause they that close to my house opened the box to this took it right back up there and the manger was rude didn’t say I’m sorry about your order or nothing I requested a refund got it but won’t be going back to that location ever again

I had an issue with a DoorDash order, and I left a review the general Manager DeAndre Contacted me back within five minutes of leaving my review. That says volumes about management at the store and that’s why I’m giving you guys five stars is because of the general manager. She is an amazing person and that’s the type of people that these restaurants need running their stores.

Grill Chicken Cobb salad was good. Nice size and delicious. The new Shrimps were good as well. The employees were making use use of their time by cleaning the lobby. I went inside to order. Pleasant customer service.

Worst Zaxbys in CLT, from CUSTOMER SERVICE all the way down to the food. Manager or lead is very rude and disrespectful about a mistake her and her employees made. 3rd time within two weeks that my wings were old/dry!!! Seems like they were cooked the day before and refried. Customers KNOW the difference and we pay too much for this kind of service. They were also cold! I live 5 minutes from the restaurant. WHY are they cold?!!!
