I did an online order, pulled to window and ordered food, a drink was included which I asked a young black guy to give a small sample of lemonade with ice. He said, you are doing too much and it cost. I just wanted a sample in order to see if I wanted the drink. I tried speaking with him and he said to meet him out front of the restaurant. IT IS SAD THAT YOU CAN NOT GO TO A REAL WITHOUT BEING THREATENED.

Ordered a single combo and was told to pull around front. Waited 12mins, then when it came out, it was wrong. Had to go in anyway! Wouldnt be as bad if this hadn't happened to me a few weeks ago.

They got my order wrong 1st off. I ordered online so there would be mistakes. What i got was okay. My fries were cold. But id give them another chance.
Fast and easy place for a "fish fry" flavor. Portions could be a little better on the wings. They say 5 pieces but two of the wings were just bread bits and tiny would recommend letting them know you want actual wings instead of fried bread. Food was fresh and fast. Decent fast food

I frequent this Zaxbys often and although service is great, food is average. They NEVER toast the bread all of the way and everything just feel rushed. I went up to the counter and asked for another toast, the cook just stared at me while the cashier laughed. Real skimpy on the fries as well as they are undercooked sometimes.
