My experience was with a young lady at the drive, she refuses to say hello or could you hold a moment. I drive to the window see her at the window, tap on the window and say not sure if the speaker is broken. She then yells at me I heard you and I was doing something and slams the window shut.NEVER in my life.... for this place to be so close the Harrahs you would think thar they would improve the custo er service so that people like myself that would like to eat elsewhere would...read full review
