Domino's Pizza

Your store in Cherryville NC 709 West Main Street has blocked me from ordering on line altogether as well as from placing a in store delivery order. All this clearly occurred after a , yes I will say loud agreement with, I believe it was, Brandy. I will say this if she had not been so rude and unapologetic I would not have raised my voice with her. That said, I had placed a order on line for delivery, which I paid for with my debit card. It was a fairly large order , such as 2 large pizzas, bread sticks, maybe more I can't remember. I ordered quite often with them. Anyway when placing the order no notice of the order being possibly 2 hrs late was stated, it said its normal 30 to 45 mins. After what was nearly a over a hour I called to inquire about my order, which anyone would do. I was told, rudely, it hadn't been made yet because they only had one driver. I asked why I was not informed of this when placing the order. She said again very rudely, she didn't have to inform me and if I looked it clearly stated that on the tracker it was waiting prepared as to that time I said yes its been waiting to made nearly 2hrs. I asked again why I was not given notice of this situation when placing the order I was told it was not in her control it was not her fault my order was running almost two hrs late. I asked if we could get a discount or free pizza due to this problem and was told no because again it was not her fault that they were busy and only had one driver. I said it is your fault for not informing the customer of the delay, I would have came picked it up. This conversation went in circles for a little bit then she proceeded to say I am busy helping customers I can't deal with you and hung up on me. I called back to ask for her again and was put on hold no answer. I called again no answer. So I had tried later that week or so to order a pizza to be delivered the app would not let me not even place a pick up order, so I called and placed a pick up order. Again, later a few weeks, I tried again still can not place a order on line. So I called the store asked if there was something wrong with the app, I was told they have no control over the app. Okay asked if I could place a order for delivery, gave them my address and was told they don't deliver to that address. I tried my neighbor and told the same. Mind you this information was given to me by Chris the manager. I told him that was strange because i had just seen a delivery driver in my neighborhood the other day. He said that the delivery area for the store was updated Wednesday and that is why they could not deliver to my area. So I had my husband try to call from my phone and have it delivered to the neighbors house, they told him no they could not deliver to the house. Then an hour later I was told by my neighbor that they just had a delivery order brought to them early that day. So basically I was lied to by the manager himself. I will note I have been ordering from this store for nearly 3 yrs and never have been treated so rudely or been straight faced lied to until now. This is very disappointing see that I am a regular customer that orders at least once a month, if not more, from this location. I hope you can find out why this is.
