10/10! I stopped here on a road trip from Miami. My first time at Hardee's, and it was the best food I had all trip. Not only was the food great (chicken tenders put other fast food to SHAME), but the staff was so welcoming and friendly!! It was so nice to take a break to stretch my legs in such a friendly atmosphere. A big thank you to everyone working this shift, especially Miranda. Thanks to her I really get what people mean when they say "Southern Hospitality!". Loved her so much I stopped at this location specifically on my way home, even though I been hungry since Virginia!

Good overall service although we asked for no mayo on sandwich and sandwich had mayo. Took back and no issues get that fixed and getting it right.

It's Hardee's. What can I say. The for was delicious. Service was great. Will continue to return. God job guys!Parking: General parking lot for a fast food chainKid-friendliness: My kids were welcome. The person taking our order was patient with both of my younger kids as they debated which meal they wanted and made their own orders.
The staff here were great and very professional. The restaurant was very clean and the manager was very Hands-On helping me get In-N-Out in no time. I highly recommend the ham breaded chicken and biscuit to get your morning started.

Miranda really provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me save some money as well. The place was clean and I got a sense of team work from the employees.Parking: It is not easy access from the road but parking is plenty

Haven't eaten at Hardee's for 20 years !, started back a year ago food was fairly good, mostly breakfast but lately the service has went way down !, alot of the staff is rude and has more metal in their face than is in my car. Makes me not really want to eat my food. If you are the owner you need to replace the management .

My father went in and got spoken to in an unimaginable way. A woman named Debra told my father that he wouldn’t get a senior discount and if he didn’t like it to get the hell out of HER store. She then continued to speak to him like a dog! We’ve been going to this Hardee’s for the last 25 years AT LEAST and I have NEVER experienced such disrespect. It was okay that he didn’t receive the discount, we just asked if there IS one! but to speak to him the way she did? This man is in his 70s. He should never have been spoken to that way and in front of a full restaurant at that! She was so rude to my father that she made him cry! and it wasn’t just him! She was speaking so poorly to the other customers I was disgusted! The rest of the staff looked so uncomfortable to be working with her! It’s one thing to enforce policy as the lady said, but to belittle someone? and in front of an audience? Absolutely disgusting! I wouldn’t even give 1 star but it makes me!

I ordered a hamburger and that is literally what I got. A hamburger paddy on a bun. I guess they were out of condiments or just helping me watch my sodium. Took a little while for someone to take my order via drive through. Didn’t have time to go back, probably won’t be back.
Wow! Two Double Cheeseburgers for 5-bucks! Char grilled for sure. Excellent flavor! I want to do that again!

the Best Lettuce wrap burger I've had. cudos to the chef. We visit a lot of Hardee's because we cannot eat the bread because of celiac. Thank you thank you thank you for providing the lettuce wrap and the perfect amount of lettuce and wrapped perfectly Thank you again

Pull up to drive thru somebody says something can't understand another person's ask for order I order the 2 $5 double cheese burger made it a combo get home take my food out of bag less than 5 minutes from restaurant open bag have 1 cheese burger a pack of fries that taste like they were boiled in water a sprite that was not good at all ...want be going back again if a restaurant can't get a simple order right just close the doors
