The restaurant was very dirty, the food was not good, and the owner was rude. I was not impressed and will not be back. I am surprised at the good reviews.

EDIT: WATERBUG is a feel good term for COCKROACH. and you cant spray them away. you need to fumigate. it should not be acceptable to serve food where cockroaches are coming and going as they please across the table, chairs and im assuming in the kitchen. whos to say its not on my food in the kitchen?My only complaint is that I went in for a takeout order and after sitting down to wait a HUGEEE COCKROACH came across the table. HUGE! and I freaked obviously not expecting to be greeting by bugs much less a cockroach where I consume food. When I told them about it cause it was BIG and it was crawling around on the floor around others. They just said “oh a water bug yeah” way too casually. So I will not be eating here again. Very sad because I loved the food but knowing this now and knowing there are roaches and bugs I just can’t stomach it.

Came here with my family for the first time. We were seated quickly and the building is extremely small which is about the only downside to the restaurant. As it puts you essentially shoulder to shoulder with people who can overhear what you're saying. Even with this downside the service is fantastic and the food is good. It's not anything like Tex-Mex but it can definitely hold its own against it. The price is fair as well. Would definitely come back to try more.

Recently ordered a to go order. I requested no tomatoes on my taco salad as I am allergic. Of course they put tomatoes on there. The chicken in the salad was super chewy. I also wanted to order three tacos with ground beef, onions and cilantro. I was told they could not do that. So I ended up having to order a taco plate. Problem with that is the person it was ordered for does not eat the rice or beans. Just extra money wasted. When I went in to pay with a card. The tip screen came up. My finger missed the screen and the gentleman ringing me up immediately pulled me machine away from me and did it himself. The same gentleman I had an encounter with a few months ago. He’s always been extremely rude. He gave my friend and I attitude due to needing a baby seat. Everyone else that works there has been accommodating when I ordered before then. Will not be ordering from there anymore.

No Way Jose's is a unique and wonderful restaurant. The servers and owners are friendly. The service was top notch. There was not a long wait for our order. They have a great menu with many options. Our meals were delicious! We will return in the near future.Vegetarian options: The grilled veggies can be substituted for meat. They are delicious and fresh.

This little hole in the wall restaurant is AMAZING!My co-worker and I ate dinner here last night and we were blown away by smiling faces, friendly service and absolutely delicious food! This is now my new fav Mexican restaurant. I cant wait to have a reason to come back!
