It's stupid that they make you wait for nothing, you place your order and once you get to pay after waiting so long and they tell you we don't accept cash, only cards, it's nonsense if I've bought at other burger kings and they've never told me that, the one who told me He was very stupid, I think he did it out of racism, just because we are Hispanic, if I had read before everything that speaks so badly about this place it wouldn't have happened.

The service was slow online order didn't go through but I still got charged. So I had to pay again. They got my order wrong I told the girl she came back with my food, I checked it. It was wrong again, she seemed upset at this time. She took my order to the back and came back and tossed my bag to me. I left and checked my order again. This time is was correct but wasn't sure if I should eat it. Normally I get good service here but not today. I'll wait a month or two before I try it again. Sorry BK maybe next time. I still need a refund for my order that didn't go through.

Associate Shelby is ALWAYS RUDE, but was exceptionally rude today. Always cuts you off when trying to order at the speaker. Ordered water with my lunch today, which was on the receipt. Did not receive and when I waited at the window, Shelby snapped "did you need something?" Asked for my water and she huffed away to get a cup of water after looking at the screen. She has no business working in public.
