I ordered a classic chicken sandwich. It’s supposed to come with garlic pickles and mayonnaise. My chicken sandwich had a bun and chicken. Nothing else on it. I didn’t ask for it to be plain. I just ordered an 10 with fries and a Coke. Apparently at this location, you have to tell them if you want the stuff that comes on it on it. Very frustrating because I was looking forward to the sandwich being good but now it’s just plain

The food was good after about a half hour trying to get the girl to get my order right. She kept telling to cook the opposite of what I wanted. Even the customer next to me was trying to correct her. Lettuce tomatoes pickles cheese only is what I wanted. She kept saying he was no tomatoes only mustard and ketchup and no pickles. Chili dog with only chili. I got a hot dog with everything but chili. The girl was totally out of it. Finally one of her co workers stepped in and got my order correct. It will be awhile before I go back.

Worst restaurant in town, stopped by after work this morning, we need u to pull forward, common thing there, brought my order out to me it was wrong, i went inside and still had it wrong.
Cold food, bad customer service, and an unstocked dining room. The man running the register didn’t even speak to us. It was insane. Don’t waste your time here.

Just bad all around. Had to turn around to go back and request fresh fries as mine were hard and cold. Was a little annoyed, too tired to be upset. Customer service wasn't "bad", more "non-existent". Those fresh fries were COATED in salt. Couldn't eat them anyway. Like sucking on a salt lick. At this point I'm a little upset. Sandwich had SO much mayo on it the patty wouldn't even stay in the bun. So now I'm upset enough to complain.
