If Dominos Corporate wants to maintain any type of reputation then they should shut this place down immediately. They do not adhere to any of the guidelines and have less than desirable customer service. Find a franchise owner who cares about the business. Will never order here again.

My favorite pizza but this location is so unreliable. If they are understaffed and cannot fulfill orders then that’s fine but they should call the customers and tell them. Waited over an hour after I placed my order and called four times with no response. The recording kept telling me that my order was received and would be prepared shortly. Meanwhile, had to find other options while not knowing if they would be delivering or not. I’m done with them.

We ordered at 5:30, it hit the 3 hour mark with no food yet delivered. Called the parlor 6 times and only at that point they answered. They said it would be here in 10 minutes. It was another 30. Called once again and the tracker said that it was “out for delivery.”This is not our first bad experience with Dominos, the food is constantly over sauced ( even when asked for light ), practically thrown around and into a box. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE I know. Even when my brother worked there, he constantly had issues with the manager and complaints. Our family has went to the extent of saying properly that they will never order from here again. $60 meal including SHIPPING! Which was a day late and plenty of dollars short.

They start "prepping" your food moments after you submit it, and give you a timer saying it'll be done in roughly 30 minutes for them to not finish making your 3 pizzas for over an hr after you ordered. They couldn't find my name in their system even though I clearly had the receipt saying it was at their store. All customers in the building seemed slightly upset so i imagine it was that way all night. Whoever was working night on 3/9/24, remove them so they don't ruin your name further. All 3 pizzas were undercooked aswell.

Could not have had a worse experience ordering from this absolute embarrassment of an establishment. Every single person at this job should be fired. There is no explainable reason as to why the food you order should take two hours to make and then not only NOT be cooked in some areas but also be burnt in the others. This is embarrassing and I am ashamed to have spent any money at this place. I hope you go bankrupt!

Place my order at 6:17pm. Waiting time was supposed to be 40 min...finally got my pizza and Philly cheesesteak sandwich at 8:05pm, after waiting for someone to locate it. The pizza was cold and burned and sandwich had burned cheese and onions and peppers I specifically asked to not put on. Will never order from there again!!!

While many of the past issues have been addressed, this location still randomly refuses to offer delivery. That's half the point of Domino's. If I wanted to drive somewhere I'd get better pizza.
Have to say General Manager of this location was polite and respectful. I had an issue with a free Pizza Coupon, he immediately verified the issue and gave me a free pizza. And the pizza turned out great.

Worst pizza ever. If I was the owner I would fire everyone. Pizza tasted like someone spit in it so disgusting. Waited 3 hours for my pizza and was supposed to get a 30 dollar credit. Called to get it and Manager kept me on hold for 25 minutes then hung up on me. Overheard all workers cursing and inappropriate conversations which was so unprofessional. Worst dominos ever DO not order from here. 0 stars

Ordered delivery and waited forever on it and when the app said that it was delivered I noticed that they were delivering it to the wrong house!! When I called about it the manager was not helpful and I had to wait even longer for another order to be made and delivered and no offer of a refund or discount!!!

"We're sorry - delivery is temporarily unavailable for your store."Yeah, it's not the first time I've gone to the app to try and get pizza only to be stymied by the fact that apparently they can't actually staff themselves. That's pretty pathetic. The entire premise of this place is that they deliver pizza, and there's very few places that deliver around here.Obviously they have some serious management problems. This place has had problems for years. Just check out the other reviews. They aren't isolated incidents, and even when we've gotten the place to deliver, we have very similar issues where sometimes it can take hours to arrive.Save yourself the heartache and just get something else. The pizza at Domino's isn't bad at all, but this particular location sucks.
