I sat at the bar with no bartender, servers were rotating bar patrons. The bar was an absolute train wreck. Margarita's were bought in wholesale and sold by the glass over some ice with a lime. There were fruit that was cut on cutting boards and remained there after I finished my food. Liquor bottles scattered.Food was not great. AC Texcano was dry and proteins were overcooked. I requested onions, green pepper and jalapeños, but they did not arrive, I had to ask twice. Salsa was store bought, no doubt.Please hire a bartender and season your proteins.

I typically am not one to write bad reviews, but I had such an unenjoyable experience I felt like it definitely needed to be shared. From the moment I came in the hostess, which ended up being my waitress, was in a rush. She asked me if I needed the menu which I said no just the lunch Ac texcano with a drink- super easy. Fatima the waitress brings it out I start eating and it doesn’t have enough cheese, I asked for a small thing of extra cheese because it comes with my meal. I didn’t think anything of it and no one told me I would be charged for it so I’m under the impression that I’m just getting a SMALL ramekin of extra cheese with my meal. She then brings the bill and this is where the problem arises- a dinner ac texcano (at 2pm) and charged $2.50 for a small ramekin. Basically got upcharged $5/$6 without my knowledge. I asked about it and the manager told me the lunch portion has less shrimp so I should have known??? ? just a HORRIBLE experience. If you are in the mood for Mexican food, there are so many amazing places around here and even the one in garner is way better and the price is less.

Our last visit here was clearly not up to their normal standards. While a portion was very good, the beans and rice that accompanied the meal were served luke warm. For the price we have to pay nowadays, I would expect a totally hot meal. Let's hope this is not trend in their overall quality.

The place was nice and clean! The waiter was so attentive and kind!!! And the food was DELICIOUS!!! I had the fish taco meal which included refried beans and the fish was tender and delicious! I will be eating there again!!!Vegetarian options: I was pleasantly surprised with the vegetarian options.

This is some of the best Mexican food in town. We have been eating here for years, and it gets better and better. The food is fantastic. I love their chicken soup, but really love the quesadilla birras tacos. The fajitas are on point, and their bean dip is top notch. Friendly staff and quick service. MUST
Went here for the first time yesterday based on my cousins recommendation and it was amazing. As soon as we sat down, we were instantly greeted with fresh chips, salsa, and Queso. Everything we ordered (party of 4) was delicious. Will def recommend.

Got the 12 oz ribeye with beans and rice. It was around 11:15am. The ribeye was nowhere near 12oz at 3/16 of an inch thick. I would guess around 6oz. The beans and rice were definitely last night's servings as the rice was clumpy with cold spots. The beans didn't taste fresh either. They said it was fresh made but I'm no dummy.
