Was sooooo upset!!!! I like my coffee a certain way and yes it may be viewed as obnoxious! But I'm willing to pay for it! I wanted a coffee with 20 creams and 10 sugars. I know! I know! I offered to make it myself. I offered to pay for an additional cup of coffee just to get the amount of creamer I needed! I was refused service! The employee said I couldn't have it! I ended up going to Sheetz instead and made the perfect cup of coffee and didn't have to pay extra for the creamer!

I just left this hardees passed. Just got off work. Placed my order, but I ordered extra sausage in my platter that was not in my bag. The manager cussed at me and told me she saw it in the bag herself, but the cook and another nice elderly employee tried to inform her that it was actually removed from the bag. She said we all was fucking crazy and she is going thru this bull shit today. It is Sunday and I was in good spirits until I came across the devil spirited manager who her employees was trying to apologize for her behavior. She cuss the whole time I was in the store and said I'm not answering that Damm phone today either. She obviously hates her job. So she need to get something different.

Went through the drive through. Boy, was that a mistake! Took 20 minutes to get 2 sandwich combos & 2 happy meals! Every time I go to Hardee's, something like this happens. You would think I'd learn!!

I ask for fresh hot ham and cheese. Ham was dry and cheese was about 1/4 of a slice. Was not satisfied. This isn't the first time. But I would have thought it would have imploved.

Was at an appointment close by and wanted breakfast so I tried using the app which didn't work, the. Tried to order online for pick up a d order wouldn't go through, this isn't the locations issue but figured I'd mention. I saw the Frisco breakfast sandwich and it looked good and always loved the Frisco sandwiches. Went in and was ignored initially. Eventually a woman, I think the manage finally asked what ca. Is get you. Very short unpleasant. The ge Aleman who gave me my food was nice and pleasant. When I opened my sandwich? it was not what I expected kr what ot looked like In the photo, which seems par for course. Anyway it didn't taste bad but wasn't filling and seemed skimpy. See video. Wasn't the experience I wanted.
It seems that Hardee's is finally figuring out that they need to offer biscuits for longer hours, perhaps all day.This location has itself more together than the location on US 70 in Clayton.They also offer a Military Discount.

this Hardee's has become a part of my family school morning routine. My girls and I get the same thing every morning and with a smile and just amazing staff food is always hot and so tasty! having to drop off kids in high school, middle and elementary is a lot but knowing that stopping here we get a great breakfast and some time together each day helps me so much ! I really enjoy seeing their faces every morning! I would rate an 100 if I could!

I have the same problem with every Hardee's. They just don't serve hamburgers that are hot. Heck they don't even serve them warm enough to melt American cheese which as we know is the classic American cheeseburger in that the cheese must be melted. It has a different texture a different taste it contributes differently to the burger. Interestingly the orders are accurate they're just not warm enough to be served. the last time I got a burger I actually brought it home and microwaved it and it was way better than the first bite.
