Most disgusting fast food place I’ve ever worked at. Employees touch the food without gloves , the raw chicken station is very unsanitary lots of cross contamination going on. Lots of favoritism with managers , gossiping about employees personal business. Majority of the food goes in the microwave. The pay is 12 an hr , not enough when your doing the next persons job also.. Hardee’s will literally allow anyone to become a manager. Bathrooms are disgusting also.

I don't normally go inside but I always go to the drive-thru where Gina is always there to greet me. I do not have a lot of joy in my life, I don't go out because our world is turned into such a negative place but Regina her smile her attitude her courtesy brings me joy. She is a light that more people need to bring to this world. Thank you Regina for good food, great attitude and amazing conversation. You bring customer service to such a high level. I don't go to restaurants or to fast food restaurants but I go to Hardee's because Regina is there. ?

I went through the drive thru on this trip. Overall I have zero complaints. The guy who took my order was polite, as was the woman who was working the window. The food was hot and there were no mistakes at all, even with a tricky order. I'll stop by in the future when I'm craving another burger!

I don't like to leave negative reviews, but sometimes it's just so bad I feel obligated to warn others. We dined in and the staff were just constantly bickering at each other, service was super slow, and by the time we did get our meal it was cold. Would of been cheaper, faster, and taste better if I just went across to Walmart and bought everything to make my own meal in the car.

This Hardee's is the worst. I ordered a Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit. When I opened it the egg was as thin as the bacon I brought it up and replaced it only to get the exact skippy sandwich I left and was still hungry and stopped at McDonald's and ordered the same sandwich This sandwich actually had egg on it. I will NEVER eat at this Hardee's again & probably I will go to the McDonald's or Bojangles's. Hardee's is the most expensive of the 3 but absolutely the WORST. My recommendation is not to waste your money here. Speaking with a co-worker he mentioned he also bought a sandwich in Mt Olive he had the same response. Maybe this is Hardee's way of pushing there company into Bankruptcy After all who is coming back after getting ripped off I know I won't

This location is a joke for service. Absolutely do not show up here anywhere around the 5am open time. They usually don’t open until around 530 or later. I have stopped by on many occasions, and always find myself knocking on the driver through window, just for someone to come say sorry we aren’t open, after sitting waiting to order for 10 min. I never leave bad reviews, but this is absolutely ridiculous, change your open hours to 6am or higher better employees that will show up.

The Manager (Scott) is a super hard worker. He has only one employee working or in training at drive thru.The Manger is cooking, taking orders in the lobby, packing orders and plus doing door dash orders. Also he is working without completing. He is literally running the everything by himself with great customer service.He deserves some days off with pay.
